+ -1 moreHe came out looked at what needed doing, writing everything down, then got the prices and called me back with the estimate. It was lower than I had anticipated. When he came out to do the work there was no dust settling under him. Francis jumped right in and got the job done quickly and professionally.
Description of Work: Francis did several repairs on my new home when I moved in including installing vents, patching concrete and fire-safing some exhaust vents.
