 + -1 moreRichard came out to measure the floor and to give us an estimate to install a new floor. However, when he got there and looked at the existing damage, he assured us that his people could repair the problem for only the cost of a service call. I was very impressed with Richard's honesty! I doubt that many business owners would have been honest enough to bring up the option of repairing the existing floor, especially since it was obvious that I was fully expecting to replace it. He basically gave up the revenue from a full floor replacement (likely to be about $8000) for the fee of a service call. (The repairman came out today, and did an excellent job of repairing the floor.) I was very impressed and appreciative, and Bilbie's will definitely be first in line when I have any flooring work to be done in the future.
Description of Work: Our current laminate flooring had minor water damage, causing several planks to swell. I no longer had any replacement planks, so I intended to replace the entire floor.

Description of Work: We needed to have the bathroom floor replaced after we had a leak at the toilet. For whatever reason when they built the cabin they used a cheap laminate in the bathroom, this was not a good choice in a wet environment and it did not look good before the leak. Richard came out and did a thorough estimate and sent it to us in writing. We scheduled the appointment, Harry did the work and all went well till it rained. This postponed the work and it got behind, this was no fault of Bilbie's. Harry was very careful with the floor molding and it all came off well except for one piece he was able to repair. I am completely satisfied, all that is left is for us to get the remainder of the flooring that was cut off so we can use it under a cabinet. We have other floors we are going to do, we will be using Bilbie's for them as well.

 + -1 moreRetiled our bathroom tub surround....the two person crew ( John and Devon ) were professional and really went the extra mile to give us a new, beautiful bathroom. Their communications were excellent and they always let us know when they would be at our residence and they even took the time to call us and ask if there was anything we needed from the hardware store, etc. since they were coming over ( a distance of 50 miles one way ). I highly recommend these guys and thank Bilbies for taking the time to do it right!

 + -1 moreThey are more than reasonable. When we first went to them it was for a family in need and they were willing to just give them a large remnant to put down. The overall experience was excellent. They were willing to bring samples out to us and to help us choose. I would use this company again.
Description of Work: They installed a carpet in a small bathroom and in a very large bathroom. They also added new base board in one of the bathrooms.
