Aweful. They never came to visit after two weeks. I put in the work order and they called that day (Tuesday) to schedule an appt on Wednesday. Had to call to cancel later on Tuesday but they couldn't make another appt until the following Tuesday. Still called on Wednesday to get me to come home since their serviceman was still in the area. Couldn't do it and she argued with me about it. Next Tuesday came and they called to cancel because a part for another job didn't come in so they weren't going to drive to Flagstaff. Said they would come on Thursday so I came home for them. When they never came, I called Air Serv. The part still didn't come in but they never called to tell me they weren't coming. They said they rescheduled the appt but I was never informed. My husband called them later Thursday and talked to the owner. Guy was rude, arguemenative, and hung up on my husband during the conversation. Friday he called the warranty company and requested a new company if Air Serv wouldn't come do the service call. Air Serv refused to do the call on our schedule. The warranty company gave the work order to a different company. They scheduled and serviced within 48 hours.

They have great follow up. I was told by the owner that he didn't care if he got my business, as long as my heat exchanger was repaired. It was life or death, really, because carbon monoxide was leaking into my home. He even had to go purchase special equipment to test the amount of carbon monoxide being released into my home in order to do the repair that Solar Bear would not. I am very impressed with this company.

Guy and Chris arrived on Saturday (which was helpful so that I didn't have to take off work). They had a rug and booties they put on their feet before entering the house. They inspected my existing utility closet that holds both a gas tank hot water heater and furnace. Discussed age of furnace and options available. Pushed more on A/C than I really wanted, but was still very professional and nice to talk with. Verbal prices seemed quite high (however that was because it also included A/C and labor needed to put in place). Emailed me an exact quote for several units a couple days later. I had already decided on someone else to purchase and install my furnace. While they are originally from Navajo County, they were also opening up a branch in Flagstaff Arizona in May 2009. The company also provides yearly maintenance for a fee.
