 + -1 moreAfter a walkthrough with Lisa her crew went to work and knocked it out in 1.5 hours. Did a great job and the overall price was a pleasant surprise - so much so we signed up for monthly service on the spot. Done right deal - I highly recommend Lisa's service !!
Description of Work: Lisa brought a crew of 3 to tackle our 2,000 sq ft house with only a few days advance notice - we had unexpected company coming. We had them concentrate on the floors (wood and tile), the kitchen, and the bathrooms.

 + 0 moreShe just vacuumed and did not wipe down the blinds properly; in fact, they had grit on them when I ran my finger over them. In essence, incomplete, sloppy, forgot the tops of the blinds that attach, and did not get the very top unit of the ceiling fans (she had a ladder). I had two people evaluate the job and they were both dismayed with it. The owner said "it happens" and slightly decreased the fee until further negotiation with my son got it down more. Her attitude was surprising - defended the girl instead of responding to her customers.. Honestly, shouldn't have paid anything for this job. I'll have to have it redone.

 + -1 moreWe left the house at 1030, Lisa arrived at 1000 exactly on time. Lisa said it was going to get very dusty as she cleaned logs and ceiling fans, I have COPD so dust is no good for me. We returned at 1910 and the house was magnificent. Lisa even straighten our piles of junk and papers. The computer never shinned so much.

 + -1 moreVery well! One of the girls distorted a showerhead and Lisa, the owner, came and talked to us and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I feel the company/owner, Lisa, is very professional and cares about the job. I am the happiest about the cleaning than I have been in years. The pricing is also higher than I have ever paid, but I feel it will come down as the cleaners are familiar with my house and can fine tune the cleaning from one time to the next.

They get every crevice clean and leave our house with it being spotless and sparkling and smelling fresh and they do it all with great attitudes. Out of the many times they serviced our house, on one rare occasion, there was one small area overlooked and they promptly returned and took care of it. We are loyal and thankful clients of theirs!

Description of Work: Lisa Underwood, of Your Majestic Maid, has worked for me for nearly two years and I count myself lucky to have found such a "jewel."She comes twice a month and is punctual about her time of arrival. If something comes up that requires that she change her time of arrival, she always calls me to let me know. However, this doesn't happen often. She is always pleasant and cheerful and gets right to work and doesn't need directon from me. She knows just what needs to be done and does it efficently with little wasted motion. My house is larger than many with an oversize living room, kitchen, dining room, family room, library, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.There are oriental rugs with fringes to vaccuum in most of the rooms along with hardwood floors and ceramic tile floors to polish, lots of dusting of furniture and venetian blinds, cleaning and polishing kitchen surfaces and appliances, cleaning of bathrooms, and, when she is done, everything sparkles!
