+ -1 moreI called Versatile and they came out and repaired the leaking connection, making a waterproof junction. I then had them come back and redo the other 10 or so connections to the other scuppers. They did the work in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I would recommend Versatile Roofing highly.
Description of Work: I have a flat roof in a 8 year old house. The original roofer (not Versatile) cut corners in connecting the scuppers to the roof. The result was a leak into the house that caused damage.

Description of Work: Removal of existing shingles on roof which also required the evaporative cooler to be removed for the work to be completed. Installed 30# felt and drip metal edging around perimeter of roof. installed fiberglass shingles - Malarky Highlander brand- hand nailed into plywood roof base. shingles installed in mastic at flashings and ridge shingles. Reset cooler and remove all debris. Also, removal of gutters to repair rotted fascia. Applied primer to plywood repair work on fascia. Replaced four skylights on roof as original skylights were cracked from UV exposure.
