+ -1 moreDanny is a hands on general contractor. Although he is known for being a quality custom home builder, the remodeling work he did for us couldn't have gone smoother. He works along with the specialty trades he calls in, so there is no question of getting a good finished job. His workers and subs were equally reliable and working with them was a pleasure. He is reliable and always on time. At the end of the day he cleans up, so we could continue to live in the house while the work was progressing. Always communicating, so we knew what was going on day by day. Danny is a man of his word and stands by his agreements and the quality of his work. He closely manages the project and stays on top of progress until the job is complete. If there is an issue with a sub, Danny manages the situation. He has done three major projects for us and we highly recommed his work.
Description of Work: Provided some major remodeling including electrical, HVAC, wall additions, opening walls and finishing. We had him install 10 skylights and solar tubes; really nice improvements to the house.

Description of Work: The $6,700 is for both excavation and electrical on our 146 sq. ft. home addition. Danny Seresun is a pleasure to work with. He was always here exactly when he said he'd be, he's a real professional at both his trades and he's just the nicest guy to boot! Whenever there were any last minute changes ( and there were ), he was right on it with a smile on his face. He also went out of his way to help us get the site "pet-proofed" before the job started - even loaning us some fence stakes so we could fence off the area. And he was especially careful to block off the site each nite from the outside, so the neighborhood skunks couldn't get in. If you've ever had a skunked dog, you know how much we appreciated that. Overall, Seresun Const. is prompt, friendly, professional, affordable and reliable. I think we found one of the best companies in Sedona.
