+ -1 moreUpon the first examination the technician discovered the reason that the air did not turn on. He fully explained the diagnosis.The part was ordered promptly and he even returned a day earlier then expected. Spent just a short time and had it up an running in a short while.

+ -1 moreI saw the service man actually break the control mother board and then claim it was already broken. It worked fine until he put his fat finger thru the board. As I have two units, he proceeded to break the second one also. I told the office manager and he said he would refund the yearly service payments I had already made. That check never came in the mail!! Surprise. I would not recommend doing business with this company under any circumstances. The service man later changed jobs but continue to work in the Sedona area. I suspect the more he broke, the more commission he received!
Description of Work: Broke the A/C control panel and made me pay for it!

Description of Work: I signed a yearly service contract. At first the service was good but then new people and new attidutes. Almost every year they would attempt to sell me new equipment claiming mine was no good. Then I noticed more parts being replaced. The last service I watched the service man very closely. All the equipment was working fine until he started looking around. I saw him break the "mother board" with his finger. We have two units and then he moved to the second and broke that board too. I told him I saw what he did and he simply smiled and said I would have to purchase new boards and do without heat or air. I contacted management and they supported him but did say they would cancel my yearly contract and refund about $200. I had to pay for the new mother boards and service anyway. Again I was told I need two new units costing over $20,000. I would never use these people again nor recommend them. By the way, I never got the refund either. Stay away from these guys... I now use BEST BY FARR for both of my homes in Sedona.

+ 0 moreNeither technicians were properly trained to perform this work. Plus, the charge for the second service call to fix what the 1st tech did not do was completely unfair.
Description of Work: My gas furnace stopped working in January. A technican found the inducer/blower fan assembly required replacement. This costs $566 and a service charge of $65. That evening after the repair work, the furnace stopped working. again. Sedona Sheet Metal sent a new repariman on the following Monday and found that the ignition control unit needed repalcement. Cost $390.00 plus another $65 service call. However, when the repairman replaced this part, he reinstalled the vacuum safety switch (which controls the ignition of the furnace) backwards. This created a extremely serious safety problem which could have resulted in an explosion in the furnance when the automatic ignition switch was engaged. Only by chance when another company was checking the furnace four months later was this safety issue discovered.

+ -1 moreWe've used them for years for a number of different things. I liked their professionalism and precise work that they do. They literally had to manufacture some of the pieces of roof because it is a difficult one. Very pleasant to deal with.
Description of Work: They did a complete tear off (minus the wood) and put on a whole new roof.
