"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

"We hired Valentine-Blade Construction to replace the collapsed awning over our deck, which had failed under heavy snow load in January 2023. The project involved demolishing the damaged awning and deck, rebuilding the deck with new footings, and constructing a new awning. The work was completed on schedule and within budget, with exceptional quality and attention to detail. Valentine-Bladeâ s professionalism truly stood out. Their communication was top-notch; they kept me informed throughout the project with progress photographs and phone calls whenever decisions needed to be made. At one point, they discovered rot that would have compromised the structure. They quickly proposed a cost-effective solution that allowed the project to stay on track without delays. They were very accomidating with their schedule. They installed 3 large doggy doors, Assembled and installed 3 large outdoor kennels and 3 large indoor kennels. We were very pleased with how they all turned out. They were sure to understand exactly what we needed and where to place everything. They made some suggestions on the installations to ensure we had what was needed for the dogs and functionality. They were genuinely concerned for what would be best for the dogs. We definitely plan to hire them again for any of our other future projects."
