Together they kept to the schedule we required, making our long-distance communication clear, detailed, and completely smooth and hassle-free. Mr. Christensen communicated with us frequently and effectively; he was ALWAYS pleasant and helpful. We cannot have been more pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Created plans for new construction of Sedona, AZ, home. Since we lived in another state at the time of the planning and construction, Mr. Christensen helped us to locate well-regarded builders, and with bidding process to choose builder. He provided frequent on-site reviews of construction process, and was very flexible as changes were needed. Mr. Christensen also offered information on sources for certain interior finishes, and worked tirelessly with the city to obtain necessary exceptions to local code. His long presence and experience in the Sedona area was invaluable as we navigated the process. We have a beautiful home, with the many unique features we required, ideally situated on our lot to take advantage of outstanding views while enjoying every comfort.

+ -1 moreIt went wonderful. He is a wonderful communicator. He is very knowledgeable of the area. He listened to what we wanted in the home and made positive suggestions. We were novices and didn’t want to go it alone with the contractors, so we asked for his services. He walked us through beginning to end, took our suggestions, and working with him we were more than satisfied. He exceeded our expectations in the remodeling project. He was knowledgeable working with everyone involved, the contractors and sub-contractors and ourselves. We have had many people comment on our remodel and we owe that to Lee Christianson’s input and help. He knew all of the materials and prices. His suggestions were excellent. He stayed within our budget.
Description of Work: He was our architect on a remodel for our home. We added an addition onto the home. It was a 1990 home. He brought it up to 2013 standards. It was a custom remodel.
