Tom came today and checked on my AC system, Tom called me right away to tell you that it was not the AC problem instead it was an electrical problem. Tom is very nice & very honest, excellent, & bryan works with him & they work very good & excellent. Prices are very reasonable.

Use this business for your A/C and heating repairs at your own risk. I had them look into a problem with my unit. The tech seemed like a reasonable guy at first, but I got suspicious when he stated he thought the system was low on refrigerant and I questioned where the leak might be. He said he did not know. I went outside to the heat pump where he had been working and he backtracked about the leak as it was visible. I asked if he would fix it and he said he could not because it was a solder joint. That is B.S. He then came back in the house a short time later and stated there was a BIG problem. After getting a convoluted explanation, he stated it would be a time and material repair. He would not even give me a ball park figure. I called the owner the next day and asked if the tech had checked some particular items that a personal friend who owns a heating and A/C business told me to run by him. The owner refused to answer my questions or offer to send a tech back to check the items I questioned him about. He stated the BIG repair would have to be done at some time anyway. I pressed him on the cost and he started to say $1000.00 them quickly increased the amount to $1500.00. I indicated I was not prepared to spend that amount until I was sure there were no other issues. He stated I should try and make the repair myself. These people are shady, call them at your own peril.

Brian responded promptly to my call and showed up when he said he would. Since we have only recently purchased this house, I had a lot of questions for him and he answered all of them. Very professional and friendly.

Other than a day's delay because equipment shipped in from out of town, the project went very well.
