We had a problem, and they really didn't stand behind the product they used. The price was average.

Overall, very well. Had a few minor issues with clean-up/job completion, but they were quickly resolved when Jeremy came out to review the job. Jeremy (owner) was extremely helpful in explaining options ahead of time, and in suggesting the color (he was spot-on). Team was hard-working, even in extreme heat, and completed the job well within the estimated time. I'm thrilled with the final results, roof looks fabulous. Several neighbors have called/stopped by also to compliment it.

Sent an email. They got back to me the next day. Apologized for taking so long to get back to me. I explained my roofing situation and never heard from them again!

I had a non-local roofing company install a roof in September and while cleaning my windows before Christmas, I saw a leak! It had been raining for days and I was terrified I was going to have to rip out all this new drywall I'd just hung and painted. Not to mention, I was told a roofer may have to rip off the shingles till they find the leak! Panicking, I went to Probuild who gave me Jeremy's phone number. I called him immediately and he agreed to meet me in 15 minutes back at my house. As promised, he was there... luckily, I had some of the workers who'd been present when the other roofers were there. They showed him what materials were used and where. Ten minutes later he was off the roof, leak fixed. He calmed me down that the shingles weren't going anywhere and that I didn't need to rip out the drywall because it was such a new leak. I was overjoyed!

They were very prompt with the estimate after we contacted them. They could have included cut sheets and a bit more data on the actual materials they were using. We did get a bid from another company and their bid was first class, but they were quite a bit more expensive, which is why we went with Hahn. They were fast in response to questions by email or phone. They showed up on the day arranged to start with a full crew, bright and early to take the old roof off. The days after that, different numbers of men showed up to work. Maybe 3 or 4, then 2, then on the weekend, just one. It took about a week to complete the entire job. Roofing is a messy, noisy job and it was certainly that, but they did try to contain the mess as much as possible, but their clean up guy could have done a more thorough job after everything was all done. We are stil picking up staples and nails in the driveway and today I had a flat tire due to a nail. There were also no shingles left over, so if some happen to blow off, we don't have any extra for repairs. The job looks good and I know they stand behind their work and the price was good.

We have a vaulted roof.. with minimal area for insualtion... so an atypical application... Got 3 quotes... Hahn's.. when comparing apples to apples... (cost vs R value) thier cost was comparable to the others... We chose Hahn...because they used the best materials and a Low E underlayment insulating layer that had a better cost /R Value ratio than rigid Poly Iso board but not every company will/can install... Low E The crew did a great job... on time.. budget and very professional. I have no troble reccomending thier work to anyone

Because we received no response from our telephone calls to this company we call another roofing company.

This is a family business consisting of father / son team plus additional help. The father (Wes) has a rare combination of skills: understanding exactly what needs to be done, explaining it clearly to the customer, and actually doing it in a professional manner. I am pleased with the results and plan on using them again should the need arise,

I had a leak that other roofers that I contacted were unable to fix. He came out, was able to figure out what the problem was, provided me with an accurate estimate, and fixed the roof. He really knew what he was doing. He is really personable and easy to get along with. I have also used him since then on two other houses.

Jeremy was pleasant and helpful, but I decided to use a different roofer who not only came across more professionally--providing a more thorough explanation of what my options were, what needed to be done, and how he would do it--but offered a lower estimate. Jeremy did explain my options, but declined to make a recommendation. Perhaps there's a stereotypical difference between male and female clients in this regard (I am the latter), but while I like to be informed of my options and make up my own mind, I want to feel I can trust the service provider to make an expert recommendation that's in my best interest, not his.
