Description of Work: Service all-around was excellent. Scott came exactly on time and very efficiently cleaned the dryer ducts and suggested a couple of ways to improve the system. I would highly recommend his company.

Description of Work: My dryer is vented directly on the roof, and had not been cleaned by the previous owner. I had a mess, and Scott was here on time, replaced the cap on the vent (I paid more for this )and cleaned the vent out (trip to the roof) and was just darned nice. I'd use him in a heartbeat.

 + -1 moreCompleted the cleaning in 90 minutes. He did what I view as an excellent job. Will use him again and already let one of our friends know about him and his company,
Description of Work: Not only cleaned the whole dryer vent price but found our roof vent had a screen mesh in it which is not legal. Replaced the roof vent with one that closes when the dryer is off. This allows lint to leave the piping but prevents animals from entering the vent. Very nice personality. Comes equipped to cover all issues. Will use him again.

 + -1 moreScott was great. Showed up on time, was thorough, cleaned up after, and explained each step of the process. He provided options where available and there were no high pressure/sell up tactics. A professional and good experience. I would definitely use his services again.
