 + -1 moreAt first things went well, his people were skilled and efficient. Then financial problems took hold!!! It took 1 yr. to complete the job as he layed most of his people off, and what he did have left did not have the necessary skill sets. He canceled the outside lighting that had been part of the project and his bid. So, being nice, we needed work done at our house, so we used the credit + $3600 to do our home. We wanted the same hedging as at our business. Guess what; wrong hedging that didn't match. Was nice again and had him replace the existing 7 plants instead of the new 30+ plants so that they would match. What should have been 15 gallon plants were 5 gallon plants in used 15 gallon buckets, they came out totally in tact with a 5 gallon root ball. In this relationship I had also signed up with him for maintenance at the Inn. Once he was paid for the landscaping he canceled the contract saying he a had a bigger customer and we were a schedule conflict. Between the two jobs we spent approx $60,000.00 with him.
Description of Work: We had our business totally relandscaped, pathways, hedges, flower beds, sod, gazebo wrought iron arches, stone walls, etc., and then we had our back garden redone: sod hedges fountains. We also had a maintenance contract with them for our business.
