+ -1 moreI'd never had to replace a windshield before and knew only of the horror stories easily found on the internet of botched windshield replacements. I planned to call several places for estimates, but after just two calls I felt enough confidence in Jessica that I went with Dependable and do not regret it--though, admittedly the windshield has been installed for only three days.
Description of Work: I needed to replace the windshield on my Toyota Prius, which was not covered by my insurance. Jessica at Dependable Autoglass provided me with the cost for both after-market and OEM, and explaiined why, for this car, she felt that after-market was just as good as OEM. Lawrence Herrera arrived at my house two days later to install the new windshield.
