Excellent job.

It took sometime for the contractor to get there but the wait was well worth it. The stucco person is the best, all the workers are neat, no messes, Dan Blanchard is a creative problem solver, giving us good ideas as solution possibilities. He's a good communicator and has kept us informed and up to date. We have no complaints and would recommend Blanchard Construction

Blanchard Construction are absolute perfectionists. I am probably real close to being an obsessive compulsive. Every night when I came home from work the construction area was impeccably clean and neat. Dan offered many suggestions for reasonable and effective improvements to the original plans. The finished product was awesome and actually photographed for a local magazine. It is all in the detail, that really matters for a finished product

,All work was completed on schedule and on budget. All subcontractors were there at scheduled times, were neat, orderly and went out of their way to contain and clean up work debris.All work was too our complete satisfaction.

He and his crew were professional and friendly. They arrived on time and installed a new front door with matching surround and casement. Also, they had to coordinate with our preferred locksmith and this was done to everyones satisfaction. The new door is beautiful!

Dan Blanchard gives responsible estimates, oversees work and demands quality, keeps you informed as the job progresses, and does what he says he will.

They remodeled one big house for us about 8 years ago and then in this house they did a very unique thing. They moved the front of the house out 2 feet, completely changed the master bedroom because we have so many grandchildren. It was one big suite and they made that into two bedrooms and it flows well. They remodeled the kitchen, put in a whole set of cabinets and one kitchen wall like a pantry and then added a big credenza type of thing in the dining area. They also put in a big china cabinet with storage and doors underneath in the dining area. They also took out the entire popcorn ceiling and sanded down beams. We have three different kinds of heating now, a wood stove that heats the whole house, an electric baseboard, and a gas path on the roof. They did that and subcontracted the heating and cooling and were done by a company, which we don't use anymore. They subcontracted the roof and everything has just been fine. We refer them to all our friends.
