David and his partner showed up on the dot as promised at 6:30a.m. and worked straight through until about 2 carefully and meticulously sealing every possible open area of our house. We had been seeing random bark scorpions for the past year or so and no amount of spraying by Truly Nolan was helping. I found We Seal It here on Angie's List and saw all of the fantastic reviews. I had heard that the only real way to keep scorpions out was to seal the house. We are so glad we chose Dave's company to do the job! We were really impressed with his professionalism and attention to even the smallest detail. We had no idea how many entrance points there were all over the house until Dave pointed them out and plugged them up. Wow, it was pretty surprising. He also knows a LOT about scorpions and their behavior. Really eye opening. We just had it done today, so we'll see if we get any more unwelcome guests, but I really think that this will do it. And as an added bonus, the house promises to be extra energy efficient now too. Money well spent! Bottom line? Don't waste your time expecting mere spraying to take care of scorpions. It won't. You need to seal your home up as tight as you can. We highly recommend Dave's company. Added plus: they are the original sealing company in the Valley. You want the best? Go with the original! Additional: We are next going to look her on Angie's list for a specialist (NOT a general exterminator) to come and assess our outdoor scorpion problem to see where they are coming from. Should be really helpful in the battle to keep our home a safe haven for us.

Fantastic - we have seen only one scorpion since the selaing - and it was OUTSIDE where it is supposed to be!

David was very responsive, described his service, gave me an estimate based on the square footage of our house and made an appointment to come out and seal the house within a few days. He and his partner arrived on time and were very professional. David is knowledgeable about scorpions and their habits, and has sealed many houses in this area. We are within a stone's throw of open desert, and we've had quite a few in the house. Since David was here, we've seen almost none - and he did say that it would take roughly 2 months for any that were sealed in the house to die. I highly recommend David and We,Seal It. I found them through Angie's list and would give them an a+ if I could. They worked about 10 man hours on this house, and the pricing was very fair.

david and his employee showed up on time, showed us what he was going to do, and spent 5 1/2 hours in the hot phoenix sun sealing all (hopefully) all of the possible entry places for pests...and the price was fair. doesn't get any better than that

Very professional. Responded quickly to email with a quote. Made an appointment and showed up exactly on time. Introduced self. Worked nonstop. Found he did not have to perform a portion of the work as my contractor had done a decent job sealing my vents from the inside so discounted his estimate in the end. I was finding one scorpion every day to every other day. Since the sealing I have seen none. I will write an update after some time has passes.

David was punctual and professional. We had a lot of spaces between the roofline and rafters where bugs could easily enter the house. There was also a big gap at the bottom of the french doors. David and one other person showed up when they were suppose to and sealed all around the house. I think it took them over half a day. I would definitely recommend them.

He cleaned the tile and grout. Looks good.

I found We Seal It as a topic of an article in a Angie's List monthly magazine. I called the owner, David, and described what I needed done. He asked the sqft of the house and the number of garages and as promised sent an estimate via email that evening. I reviewed and replied to the email, accepting the primary plan and one item from the optional services. I called David the next morning ad scheduled the service for April 1, 2013 to start at 6:30 AM. At 6:32 AM the door bell rang, wow, someone who shows up when promised! Both persons were dressed n company shirts and ready to work. We reviewed the exterior of the home and David and his helper, Jessie started the sealing. They worked very fast but very accurately. once all the outside was done, next was the roof vents, doors and inside the garages. They moved lots of items in the way around the garage exterior walls and put it all back as it was. Inside the house David wore protective booties. The final inspection and payment was 1:30 PM. One EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Excellent. I submitted an online quote request form and had an email from David within a few hours. He worked with my schedule to find a day that would work. He showed up on time and worked constantly for almost eight hours. You would never know he had been here -- there was no mess or clean up on my part.

I am very happy with the results. A few weeks after the work was performed one of my exterior doors settled and a small crack was visible in door jam. I called the company and the owner came out the next day fixed the weather stripping around my door and didn't charge me an additional fee

We just moved into our new home, and found SCORPIONS! I know that some may think it's a fact of life in Arizona, but it is completely unacceptable to me. I looked online and then on Angie's list to find a company that sealed homes. We Seal It had several good reviews, particularly from people who were having scorpion issues also. I gave them a call and the owner, David, called back within a few hours. He made an appointment to come out later that same day to talk with me, take a look at the house and give me an estimate. He was prompt and very professional. He showed me where they were likely coming in at. He explained how he would prevent them from continuing to come in. I liked that he did not discuss price with me right there, he got my email address and emailed me the quote a few hours later. He broke the quote down into interior and exterior. When I asked him about that, he explained that he used to only do the interior and exterior together, but when the economy tanked, people couldn't always afford to do both the inside and the outside, so he offered to split it up so people could make an informed decision on what they wanted and could afford to do. I had one question about the email, which I asked by replying via email. David promptly answered me via email, and then called the next day to make sure that not only that question was answered, but to address any other questions I might have had. After having another company out to give me a quote, I went with We Seal It. David came out the following week (this is what worked best for me, his schedule could have accommodated an earlier time). He was prompt and thorough. In fact, we hadn't put up the exhaust fan in the bathroom yet because we didn't have the right size screw and David went out to his van, got a screw and put the fan cover on for us. Talk about customer service! His price was phenomenal, about $300 less than the other company, and We Seal It actually does more! We Seal It is NOT a pest control company, so they don't spray while they seal, but they ARE licensed and bonded to seal houses. Your pest companies are not. I would absolutely recommend We Seal It, and wish I could find more companies out there with this kind of pride and integrity!

Scheduling: Awesome. - Same day response to visit property and provide quote for service (Thursday) - I accepted work order on a Friday. Work was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Professionalism: Outstanding - David showed up on time, with two more crewmembers, Very nice, and professional. All worked very hard non-stop for about 4.5 hours. Whenever there was construction, any debris was cleared after. Quality of work: Superior - Concept is to seal the house's numerous gaps, so that little critters/bugs/scorpions can't intrude. This was done expertly and with great attention to detail. - Old front, garage, and new downstairs exterior double french doors were all out of true, minus weather stripping, and or poorly installed. David (Barrera) spent quite a bit time persoanly cutting and fixing the front and garage door and correcting errors with the double exterior french door that was previously poorly installed. Then he added the needed new weather stripping, making the doors shut true with a superior seal. Previously, lots of sunlight could be seen through the perimeter of the front and double french doors, and the garage door was drafty. Not any more! So this gap between door and frame - a "highway" for bugs/scorpions/etc., to enter the house - has been effectively shut down (along with all the other gaps in the exterior). As a bonus: What was drafty to outside winds, no longer is, and should now also prevent Air Conditioning loss. Surprise bonus: exterior noise is greatly diminished, making the house quieter. All the work on the doors, was truly craftsman-level work (double french exterior doors now also much more secure against strong exterior winds) and "above and beyond" the scope of what I expected. - Price: As quoted Summary: Quality craftsman work. Professional with attention to detail. Hard working and pleasant. Great investment against pest intrusion. Highly recommended!
