Vacation Ownership Consultants has taken a big worry off my mind. My kids cannot afford the endless expense of timeshare ownership as would happen when I die. I was tired of the expense and the timeshare operators would do nothing to help me, even offer suggestions. They were very competant with minimal effort required of me. Thank You VOC!

I had exhausted every option in getting out of my timeshare nightmare. This Albatross around our necks had cost us THOUSANDS of dollars to own, and the maintenance fees had risen to over $1,200.00 per year, for a vacation we didn't even WANT! To make matters even worse, they assessed us a fee of over $400 for damage from last year's hurricane season. Do the math... that little condo is a real cash cow for them. I talked to several companies who claimed they could sell our timeshare, but when I read the independent reviews, most customers reported that they had paid the fee and received no results. I even phoned our company and tried to give the timeshare back to them so they could resell it. They refused. That's when I realized that I was the cash cow, and they would never willingly set me free. Then I saw a short video on Youtube explaining how VOC had helped many people remove their Timeshare Albatross from their exhausted necks. I was skeptical at first, but I read their reviews and saw so many people just like us who had no way out of this terrible situation, and almost all reported successful termination of their timeshare ownership. I called the number provided and asked many questions. The answers were straightforward and I did not feel that I was hearing a hyped-up sales pitch. For instance, they admit that not all timeshare ownerships can be terminated, but they offered a guarantee that if mine was among the ones in that category, I would receive a full refund. They also warned me that this terrible, money-grubbing timeshare company would not simply roll over and play dead... that this could take a few months, and in fact it did. But they were always available to answer my questions and reassure me that things were moving forward. When we received the paperwork that showed we were no longer timeshare owners, I was more relieved than I can say. My dealings with our timeshare company caused me to doubt everyone, and when I first signed with VOC, I began worrying that I was getting scammed AGAIN, but calling VOC ranks among the very best business decisions I've ever made, and I would recommend them to my closest family and dearest friends.

In the beginning consultation and laid out plan it went smooth. The vacation club tried to make things a bit odd by stalling and dragging out the duration but towards the end we received a pleasant victory in our favor that would have financially drained our family over years.

It took about 6 months from signing up for VOC's (Vacation Ownership Consultants) services to getting final notice that GEVC accepted my surrender of membership. GEVC took the timeshare back and released me from any and all future liability, concluding that it was in their best interest to do so due to VOC's efforts and by my steadfast refusal to pay. I had received calls and mail from other companies offering the same service as VOC offered. I knew I should look into this, but I procrastinated. I came across VOC representatives at a home and garden show and set up an appointment with them. I had to bring the details of my timeshare membership to the appointment so that VOC knew exactly what they would be dealing with. At the meeting the process was outlined, the fee for services was revealed and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem to get me out of the timeshare. I had relatively low annual maintenance dues with GEVC and annual membership points fees for RCI. The cost of VOC's service was about 4-5 times my annual dues/fees. I don't know how this price compares to others out there, but I decided this was worth the cost if they could get me out of a lifetime of annual dues/fees. I can say that the whole process was quite easy. The bottom line, I got what I was after, no more annual costs for something I didn't use. Big thanks to VOC.

After a fortuitous encounter with the representative of Vacation ownership consultants at a Tempe Az. art fair booth, an appointment was set up to formally review our position. After a thorough discussion of our options a fee was set up and a time line established.At this point our responsibilities towards Shell corporation ceased including maintenance fees etc.

The process takes time to complete but we no longer have the burden of timeshare payments. They regularly apprised us of the progress in termination our timeshare ownership. During the entire process we were never contacted by the timeshare company that was being terminated, Additional comment: Don't be fooled by the many companies out there who say the will terminate your timeshare ownership. They are scams and will simply out there to take your money.

We just happened across Vacation Ownership Consultants (VOC) at a Home and Garden Show, got their card and the process began. We met in person one time, taking all of our information on our timeshare. We exchanged a few phone calls to make sure all the information was correct and the rest is history. They have a law firm which processed all the paperwork, we didn't have to pay one more maintenance payment, the phone calls stopped and then ultimately we received the law firm letter which indicated we were free and clear. The amount we had to pay was re-cooped in no time considering we no longer paid maintenance. The whole process took a few months.

FANTASTIC (NOTICE THE UPPER CASE LETTERS). VOC worked diligently on our behalf of our interests with Governmental agencies to remove our name from the Deed in Barnstable County, MA, which was completed in around 1 year from the date of contract engagement. They returned phone calls, and were "Johnny on the spot" as certain items necessary to completion of the task came to the forefront. They are honest, return phone calls, and worked with us to completion to the requested timeshare removal from our records!!!!! A#1 in our eyes.
