About us

We help homeowners looking to sell their home for top dollar by paying for and handling all renovations before listing the property. We also handle all the traditional real estate aspects, along with providing a team of trusted contractors, managing the project from start to finish, and we only settle up for the cost of renovations at closing. We offer a team of agents, contractors, designers, and project managers all for half the price of a traditional real estate agent. On average, we make our clients about 40k more that they would have selling their home in current condition and with a traditional agent.
