Description of Work: Provided advice and labor in replacing dead plants; checked drip system in back yard for problems and corrected those found.

Description of Work: I had one sprinkler head in my front lawn that had stopped working,and a couple that had had low flow. I had changed the "not working" one a few weeks before, but had not solved the problem. "He" (his name was not on the business card put new valves on top of all the sprinkler heads, but that didn't help, either. By then a couple of my neighbor men had arrived to "supervise", so they tried a couple of other tricks, but nothing worked. Finally one of them went home and came back with an air compressor. He hooked that up and blew out the lines. A little tiny pebble flew out. Voila!! Good flow all around! After high-fives the party was over. I was impressed with the patience and tenacity of the young man who came from Think Green. He had expected about a half-hour job, but didn't get upset when it went into four innings! | I can't find the paperwork right now, so am unsure of the date of service and of the cost. (It was under $100 by quite a bit).

Description of Work: I had them come out and consult on a landscape overhaul for my backyard. They were professional, and the price quoted was competitive. I only had to remind them to send me the quotation once. I am strongly considering them to perform the work.

Description of Work: I had a broken irrigation pipe, they arrived exactly on time and had the pipe fixed in less than 30 minutes. Very prompt and courteous.

Description of Work: Technician arrived on time. Did a great job discovering and fixing multiple leaks and educating us on use of drip system.

Description of Work: They were asked to redo our irrigation system, take down part of a pool fence, remove some grass and replace it with cool deck, and plant some bushes around the new cool deck. 1. The workers did not bury the PVC pipes for the irrigation system to the proper depth of six inches; when we noticed they were just below the rocks, Think Green came back and buried them to the proper depth. 2. They did not put enough emitters on our 15-year old pine tree. By the time we figured out that the tree was in distress from being underwatered, it was too late and we had to take it down (which was another $600 out of our own pocket). 3. When they laid the cool deck, they did not protect the house from splatters, so we had to go back later and repaint over the splatters. 4. The vegetation planted around the new cool deck looks nice.

Description of Work: Promptly provided quote on my scope of work. Some of the scope they do not perform. Not selected based on price an requirement to employ two contractors to complete all work.

Description of Work: This company is very unprofessional!!!! They came out for a site meeting, never gave me a quote, didn't rerun phone calls, and just ignored my job..... this was going to be a substantial project .... I would never use this company!!!

Description of Work: I met this company at the Home & Garden show in January. Made an appointment and they came out a couple of weeks later to review my yard and give me an estimate. It has been a month and I have never heard from them again. For a company that has been given so many good review, I am very surprised with the apathy that they have shown me. Apparently my business is not important to them. Needless to say, I have gone with another more attentive landscaper.
