Everything was done as I asked, in a reasonable amount time and the handyman went to the next task without any break. This is the second time I have used them and they are very professional, hard working people who provide high quality work.

We had significant water damage to a custom made window sill. Brian removed the sill and went to Home Depot to get the parts. By mixing and matching he was able to create a molding very close to the previous custom molding. In the process of coming and going into the house, he fixed the door unbeknown to me until i came in surprised that a door that was awkward to open for the last 20 years was smooth as glass! When he was leaving I asked him if I could ask for him on my next project. He said sure but that everyone who worked for Kerry is very good. That response really reinforced my decision to do business with this Company.

Great! Very efficient, thorough, and work was well-done.

Brian did a good job. Installing the little cat doors is more involved than it might seem when they are going into hollow core doors but the work was done efficiently and the finished job looks great. Will definitely have them back for any other handyman type work we have in the future.

Contact, responsiveness and scheduling was very prompt, courteous and easy. He had to coordinate schedules with tenant and was able to do so very quickly. Sometimes when a business lists a "Special Deal" they are overwhelmed with response and cannot fulfill the demand very easily. It seems the Handyman Next Door was prepared for the amount of work and able to fulfill demand. Though I have not been able to view the work myself yet, my tenant tells me Handyman did a very good job.

I purchased four hours of labor through Angie's List. I think the handyman worked as quickly as possible, trying to do as many tasks from my task list as possible. We agreed I would paint the door so that he could get as much done as possible, and that worked well. He was very polite.

They are awesome. His work is excellent. I've never had a problem, I've never had to call them back, everything is fixed in a timely and professional manner. They know exactly what they are doing. They have a lot of experience. I can say nothing but good things about them. They are wonderful.

This work was completed on my rental. As stated above, John Malone is always ready to help. The oven was delivered. He brought in the needed electrician. While the electrical was working John completed some additional small jobs I asked him to do. It seems I always had something that needed fixing or adjusting. He doesn't hesitate to do anything I ask of him. In Oct. 2014, They repaired some old shower piping from the 1970's which required them to cut out a wall due to the build up off calcium. They brought in a plumber, replaced wall board and perfectly matched the paint. The renter was sick at the time so they did everything possible to control the dust and meticulously cleaned up afterwards. In Nov 2014 This company replaced a molded sink that had been cracked by renters with a stainless steel sink. This required them to cut out the old sink to the size of the new sink. A plumber was brought in to do all needed plumbing This is a family business and I find the company to be very attentive to my needs both functionally and financially.

The gentleman was on time, worked quickly, cleaned up afterward so well that you wouldn't know anyone had been there, and the work is perfect. I have referred them to others, and will use them again myself.

Everything went very well. The handyman was on time, polite and responsive. He accomplished work in the two hours that would have taken me all day (if I was able to figure out how to do some of it). I was pleased and would use this company again.

The workmanship was good however the provider was a little chatty and my expectation was different than his. I provided a list of the areas I wanted repaired, not knowing if all could be completed in the 3 hours of time purchased. He assumed I understood that any items not completed during the 3 hours would be billed additionally at the regular $75/hour. One of the repairs required a trip to Home Depot for material to repair a damaged floor of the kitchen sink cabinet; it used part of the 3 hours of 'work' time. Overall I was pleased with the workmanship but probably won't use their services again.

Brian showed up right on time and looked around at everything before starting. He did what he could, then went to Home Depot to buy the needed parts I didn't have. He worked quickly and efficiently but he didn't have time to do everything before his next appointment so he came back later in the week as promised. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and abilities to do almost anything! I will definitely be using him again!

It did not go well. We had paid for two hours of service and in that time he only hung two tvs with the help of my husband. He didn't even get to fixing the outlet in the hall. Back to hanging the tvs, his idea of a stud finder was drilling a line of holes across the wall until he hit a stud. No joke we have at least 15 extra holes in our bedroom wall and they aren't even hidden by the TV. It took him many tries and over 20 minutes just to put the mounting bracket on the TV. My husband had to point out to him when he put it on upside down and at one point I even grabbed the untouched instructions to try and help him as he struggled. He had to rehang the TV in the living room because he hung it too high revealing the outlet that should have hidden behind the TV. UPDATE: After review was posted the company apologized and sent us a check refunding our money.

Removed and replaced kitchen faucet at one home;removed old and installed new kitchen faucet at new home; removed and installed new shower fixtures in both bathroom; tested and ensured all connections worked properly. Checked sink water flow in guest bathroom and reported issue that will require hardware replacement;. He is excellent and a professional. When I need the service in the future - and I am sure I will - I will use The Handyman Next Door and request Brian! I have already recommended the service to a couple of friends.

So far the work has been excellent. His recommendation was great. He recommended Sun Valley Patio doors and they did a great job as well. He is finishing up tomorrow and I expect nothing but great things. I would use him again.
