Description of Work: Various odds and ends. Eric does quality work, very punctual, always willing and cheerful.

Description of Work: I contacted the company to provide some miscellaneous services. Install a fan, window shade, install shade over pergola, insall a curtain rod, caulk around an outdoor grill, etc. When things were not completed after five hours I was told that he needed to purchase some hardware to install the shade outside, however he could not return to complete the work the next day. He would come back after the weekend. He showed up but never made any contact with me. Never said he was done never provided an invoice or what the final cost would be. Five (5) months later I received an invoice without any documentation for purchases but with a note that the invoice remained unpaid and to please respond promptly. Really??? I do understand small businesses, however, I do not understand bad customer service.

Description of Work: First contacted the company to install some new toilets and grab bars. Dave arrived to do the work and it was the best experience I have ever had with a handyman/contractor. I have since used Dave 4 times and could not be more pleased. Always went above and beyond what was asked and I will continue to use them (as long as they send Dave).

Description of Work: They did all sorts of things, including laying laminate tile, putting in base boards, fixing a breakfast counter, etc. Wonderful job.

Description of Work: Jeff removed and installed a new ceiling fan. He also looked at a toilet paper holder (a heavy one) That had ripped out of the wall. He gave us ideas and was willing to give it a shot, but we decided to wait on that one until we decided which way to go. He did an excellent job on the fan and was very professional and friendly. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: General repairs, very satisfied. Only issue is billing. I have contacted multiple times to secure a bill and have yet to get one. Would like to pay the company but have no idea how much!

Description of Work: They did some drywall repair as well as to repair a recessed light fixture in the ceiling and to change some light fixture panels.

Description of Work: Adjusted three "pull" sliding closet doors and one handle on garage door.For the service performed is my belief, it was a little high-priced - my fault - I should ask before he started on the service. I'll get a quote next time; however, the service was good.

Description of Work: They installed a couple of dimmer switches and outside motion sensor lights. The technician was really great - nice, amicable and installed our lights quickly. He even asked for house paint and painted the base unit to better blend into our home for the outside motion sensors. Really nice touch.

Description of Work: I never heard anything back from the company after sending a message about what I needed done. I will seek help elsewhere.
