THE HANDYMAN NEXT DOOR

I can't remember the guy's name that came (not Kerry), but he was very nice & polite, arrived right on time. If he had any questions or concerns, he asked me. He was very professional, competent & efficient. This is the 2nd time I've used The Handyman Next Door. Both times they were awesome. The labor is very reasonable! I won't use anyone else but The Handyman Next Door.

I was not here for all of the work, but from what I saw and heard it went extremely well from beginning to end. Arrived on time, worked independently after finding out which curtain rods went in which room. There is a two hour minimum, and our handyman was finished just before two hours was up. My husband showed him several other things that need work, and we will call The Handyman Next Door to do it.

It went ok. I wasn’t home when they installed it but it is working fine.

I have used them several times, this particular project was a do-over, and I have had that happen a couple times with other projects. They always follow through though. They are always professional. I will continue using them when I need to.

He showed up on time, did all the work as requested, and cleaned up after himself. Worked thru a couple of minor installation challenges, and didn't overcharge me for parts. It all looked very nice when he finished. I'd be happy to use this company again.

Overall very good experience. Dolan did the work. Very good knowledge, personable, and cooperative. could not ask for more. Price was reasonable - especially considering the number of items completed. Clean up was done well. Good work, reasonable price, no mess. Dolan was very pleasant to have here doing the work.

Dolan is a very hard working and an easy person working in your home. He has not finished yet as he needs to find a part for a twelve year old shower. The cleaning out and re-caulking that he did was excellent. There are still a few areas he needs to finish but he had left with the piece needing replaced. After five stores, will have to go on line to find a replacement. So the job is not finished as time ran out for the day but neither has he charged me yet. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

The technician did an excellent job and demonstrated a wide knowledge of many construction trades. He was effiecient, proffesional and did high quality work. I would definetly hire this company again when I need help.

Dillon was amazing. He came out and gave me an estimate and then quickly went to work. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Dillon. I had a laundry list of repairs and he went around my house giving me honest and frank estimates about what did or did not need to be done. He always provided me with the most cost effective options and I trusted him. Dillon had to come out 3 times to complete all the work since I did not know everything I needed done up front but he always arrived on time, which I appreciated since I had to leave work and lock up my dogs while he did everything. I would absolutely call Handyman Next Door next time I need anything around the house done!

The only reason I gave a B on price is the two hour minimum. While we met that requirement, some places have a one hour minimum. Everything was done well.

We were very impressed with the level of service and the amazing job that was done! We were installing a new vanity in our bathroom, and needed to install new tile under the vanity. The handman efficiently removed some of the older tile, cut new tile, and installed the new tile with grout. He even used his own grout! (Even though we advised him we could buy some for him). He then removed the old mirror, and sprayed new texture to the wall so we could paint over it later. Last, he replaced the old lighting. Overall, he was very thorough with the job and everything was done perfectly. I would definitely use this company's services again!

Kerry scheduled the appointment and let me know the time frame. Dolan arrived promptly and completed the repairs. He was nice and professional and called the next day to let me know what had been done since it was done at my rental house. I would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Kerry was very professional and went right to work. Very efficient, very polite. He asked me questions and gave me the choice of what I wanted to do myself. I highly recommend him.

The 2 Handymen that came to our job were fantastic. Really nice, great attitude, just super nice guys. This job turned out to be a bit of a nightmare because some of the parts were put together wrong, bent, the holes didn't match up, etc. These two guys did what they had to do to get the job done. There is no way that my husband and I would have been able to put it together ourselves. They did a great job and the Gazebo looks wonderful. If there was an A++ rating available, that is what I would give them.

Some of the installation parts were missing or not ordered but vendor had spare parts on truch which made another trip not necessary. The dain hose was very long and was told it needed to be so. It was stuffed up under the sink drains so that the doors would not close properly. He did rearrange it and problem solved

He came when he said he would, did a good job, and worked at a reasonable pace (charge is per hour). I will contact him next time I have a similar requirement.

I called them up set an appointment He was there exactly on time. I showed him what I wanted. He came up with some good suggestions about where to place the garage lights exactly. I approved the suggestion He bought lights at home depot 4 hours later he was finished. We looked at his work. It was good. I paid him for the lights and labor ($500) with American express credit card He said thanks and left end of story...no drama..just met my expectations
