Description of Work: They were responsive and flexible with my schedule and located my problem. I pre-paid on Angie list for visit plus 1 HR for work but only took less than 50 min to locate problem. May have been good to not pre-pay in future just in case don't need the full purchased service. The electrician was friendly and knowledgeable and I will use them again!

Description of Work: Relocated electrical outlets, combined telephone/cable outlets, and installed under-cabinet lighting. |Guy, David, and Casey did the project, and were wonderful -- organized, professional, and did a great job. Due to my own misunderstanding of the lighting, I made some bad decisions, called Guy after the work was done, and he bent over backwards to help, providing a couple alternatives. In the end the "fix" was simply to relocate the light strip, and everything was perfect. Additionally, Guy called back twice to check on how things were, which was twice more than I would have expected. He did not charge for the subsequent work, which was also greatly appreciated. We WILL call Swenson for future work. They're great! |
