We were extremely pleased with the work done. The Swenson brothers (we had one for each service call) were prompt, efficient, obviously knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. All of our projects were completed, using our supplied electrical products. We originally called them to do outside lighting and then, because we were pleased with their work, decided to have them fix several minor interior electrical projects which we had "back-burnered". We have already recommended them to several other folks.

He was on time, very profession, polite and friendly. Solved the problem.

They were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. They thoroughly checked all of my outlets and corrected the problems. They were very helpful and easy to work with. I was very pleased with their service.

It turns out that some of the wiring in our house was aluminum pig-tailed to copper and it was causing a big problem that I am so happy to report that Swenson's took care of for us. Their work made us feel safer in our home. I will continue my service with them in the future.

Excellent service! Swenson scheduled a start time and arrived as scheduled. Work was top rate and all through the project we received top notch, professional service.

My swimming pool pump motor was not working. Kept tripping circuit breaker. Guy Swenson diagnosed the problem over the phone with me as most probably a short circuit in the underground cabling going to the pool equipment. As the pool was already growing algae, Guy made a special trip to the house the following morning. He found the problem within 10 minutes (a short circuit in the cable feeding the pool equipment). Of the 8 wires providing electricity to the various equipment, he found two good ones and re-wired the circuit to provide current to the main pump motor. This is temporary until a new conduit can be buried in the ground to install new wires to the pool equipment. Guy finished the temporary repair in a few minutes and things are now running. I will be digging my own trench to install new conduit and call Guy Swenson back to re-wire everything more permanently later.

Work was done quickly with two men for the first part and three for the remainder. They were very knowledgeable and responsive to my requests. The work was high quality, and they arrived when they said they would. I would certainly use them again. The price was fair and lower than other bids I received.

The employees arrived promptly, early in the morning in order to access the attic space before the heat of the day. They were both pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The installed the new circuits, put a new outlet in the bathroom, and installed the ceiling fan fixture. I had to leave before they were finished. I trusted them to lock up the house, which they did. My main complaint is that there was a new hole in my ceiling that was created as they put in the ceiling fan fixture. There was no explanation for the hole, no note, no voicemail, nothing. I called the owner, Guy Swenson, who told me the hole was made during the removal of the old ceiling fan fixture. He also proceeded to tell me that he didn't think it was such a big deal because we have other patchwork to do (true, we're working on the house, but we don't need MORE WORK). His dismissive attitude and rude comments lost him a customer. I will never work with this company again, even though there's much to be done.

Swenson's had a very quick call back, was on time and was able to complete the job the day he came out for the estimate. He also gave us some advice for some problems we were having with some light sockets burning out too quickly. I gave the number to my in-laws the next day. Very friendly and professional.

A flooring company overloaded our electrical outlet, so we hired Swenson Electric to diagnose and repair the problem. The electrician found the problem and fixed it quickly.

They were absolutely the greatest! They were on time and worked straight through the day until the job was finished. Guy, Casey & Dave were so thoughtful and courteous. There bid was very accurate their work was outstanding. They looked for ways to to lower the cost as they worked and pointed out some other problems while they worked and repaired them. I could only very highly recommend them.

I was having problems with a GFI overload and my father-in-law suggested GFI switches. Guy came out, looked at the breaker, and was nice enough to tell me that the work I had him out for wasn't necessary because the switches wouldn't trip at an overload anyway. THEN he didn't even charge me for the trip over. I will definitely have him do all my future electrical work. Very nice and very professional.

Mr. Swenson was professional, well-organized, and extremely proficient in his trade. The work went extremely well and he made suggestions to further enhance energy conservation. I will recommend him highly to my associates and my friends. He also honored the advertised coupons.

We called Swenson Electric and spoke directly to Guy. He told us up front that ours was a small job and he couldn't get out there right away, no problem. Our lights hadn't been working for a while.

The projects went extremely well overall. Guy and Casey were very nice, professional, and efficient. They were very accurate in their measurements and continued dialog with us throughout the project so it was done just as we wanted. They offered to clean up after themselves, but we elected to do most of it to save money on hourly labor charges for the two men. They had high quality equipment and vehicles and presented a very professional appearance. We especially liked that they will take any old, used, or unwanted parts (our old ceiling fan and some switches) and will use them in projects if someone can't afford all new parts. It was a little more expensive then we planned on, but we are very pleased with the results and feel it was worth the money.

Immediate response to my call with a service call that day to look at an outside plug that was not working. It was simply a daisy-chained GFI switch that had flipped on an inside outlet that was tripping the outside plug. I asked how to fix permanently. Serviceman did not have materials on hand, so they agreed to call back to schedule. Called within 24 hours, came on my first requested date/time and even showed up early.

He responded to email and was able to put me in the schedule for the day/time I said would work best for me. My garage lights and garage door had stopped functioning and would not come back on with the circuit breaker. Guy traced the problem to a bad wire, showed me that the place that the wire went bad was in the ground somewhere between the electrical box and the garage itself. He explained two possible solutions: Digging up the steel electrical conduit, re-running the problem wire (expensive), or rerouting the lights and garage door onto one of the other functional circuits that only had the pool light on it ("quick fix" that he estimated would last approximately 20 years). I went for the latter. He re-routed the wires, then tested just to make sure we were well below the maximum amperage for the pool light circuit. He was wonderful about explaining all the options. His price per hour was $15/hr., higher than the lowest bid I received, but his availability and coupon offset this.
