Scott was great. Very easy to work with and great experience. I had already purchased the speakers I wanted to use -- and I had a lot of the wire. Scott was willing to use my materials and he used some of his own when I ran out. Great guy to work with and I would definitely recommend him.

It went excellent! From the first meeting (took a little longer due to travel on my side for Thanksgiving holiday), he was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I purchased Polk In-ceiling speakers (he suggested the square ones for better look and installation). Scheduled for him to come before New Years so I'd have everything ready for a NYE party. Took a little bit longer than expected, but well within the window he suggested (4-8 hours and he was right at the 8 hour mark). The wiring both behind the TV, as well as behind the receive and other equipment was cleaned up by him. Additionally he drilled a spot of the sub cable and placed my subwoofer in an out of site place. All the speakers sounded great and looked just as good. It took me a bit to get the outside speakers to work, but that wasn't related to his install (needed to play with the zone 2 settings on my receiver). When it comes time to install a TV out on the patio, and any other speaker work, he'll be the first person I contact and refer my friends and family to!

At times didn't seem to know what he was doing. Felt like I could of done it faster.

Scott came out and mounted my flat panel television to the wall in my living room. The job went very well,and I am happy with my service. I hope to use Surrounded by Sound Inc in the future to add speakers and other audio equipment.

He exceeded expectations. Arrived on time. Was very professional and courteous. Installed very heavy tv wall mount. Got right to business and cleaned up every little bit of mess before leaving. Will definitely use again!

Scott arrived on time, was energetic, and seemed to be happy to be working on our install. Scott worked at a steady pace. Scott was very professional, and made friendly conversation when appropriate. Scott made a minimal mess, and left only the smallest incision in our drywall for threading the cords/wires. We were confident that the project was done correctly and was what was advertised and expected when Scott left.

Surrounded by Sound was terrific. They were flexible about scheduling, verified the appointment time a day or so in advance. Showed up on time, handled the TV carefully, and followed me 25 miles in heavy traffic without mishap. There was a moment of panic before leaving, when I realized I had the remote, RCA and HDMI cables, and the manuals, but no power cord! Fortunately my friend saved the cord from her previous TV. Scott carries extra cords and remotes, which would have saved the day if we had needed one. Eventually I will have a permanent house with room for a large TV again. I plan to have Surrounded by Sound pick up, install, and integrate it with a stereo/home theater system. They were meticulous, professional, and easy to work with.

I called Surrounded by Sound to have an 8 camera security system installed and a plasma TV hung in my living room. They arrived on time, then discussed in terms that I could understand how they would run the wires and gave me an estimate of the time required to complete the job. Once we had decided on the locations of the cameras, the DVR, and how high to hang the TV they went to work. Before drilling holes they laid down drop cloths to catch any loose materials that fell from the ceiling or walls, mounted all the cameras and pointed them so that they would cover the most important areas of my home, mounted the TV, and then connected the DVR to cameras and configured the network so that I could monitor my home from anywhere with my cell phone. They completed this project very close to the time that they had stated when they first arrived. After that they took the time to show me how the new systems worked and how I could access it This project went of without a hitch and I was very satisfied with their quality of work, the professionalism that they displayed, the knowledge that the installers had, and their patience they took with me when showing a "non-techy" how to use the new system. That was worth every penny i spent that day! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a good installation company!!!

They arrived on time and told me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They laid down plastic to catch the drywall dust - vacuumed any not on the sheet of plastic. They were very understanding of my not knowing how to operate todays new technology. They went over the remote control until I was good at it.
