Description of Work: We had a little trouble scheduling because she was very busy and we were out of her primary service area, but her flexibility helped fit the service to our schedule. She was prompt and promptly performed the service, replacing and even repairing broken tiles to avoid additional cost, and informing us of the extent of repairs and the condition of our roof.
