STRIKE FORCE TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could . Rude customer service. Tennessee is extremely rude and hangs up on people. She treats you like you are disposable to their company. I called 2 days before my warranty was up to tell them I needed them to come out because I found a tube, and because it was a Friday and they couldn't get out until Monday, which was a day after the warranty expired, she said sorry you'll have to pay $125 for a new warranty. I told her I refused to work with a company that had customer like theirs. The owner said spit treat the area. So they did. The technician walked around the entire home, and said there were no more termites. I called another termite company to get another warranty company in case we ever needed it. Long story short, Strike Force never killed the termites, and they have been eating our home for over a year. They have caused damage to our fascia board outside the front out our home, and they are inside the master bedroom closet, in the ceiling in the master bedroom and in another room in the house. Jimmy Horton, the PRESIDENT, says he he is "puzzled" as to why I think he owes me money. If this company y had done their job correctly in the first place they would have killed them. Their technician lied when he came out to spot treat, and said he saw no termites when they were right in front of his face. The new company said there were no signs of this company trenching, and they in fact did NOTHING. This company is a joke and they scam you. Be aware. $383 to treat an entire home seems to good to be true because it is! They are untrustworthy and they take your money. I will be taking him to court because he's already giving me the run around.

Strike force checked my home before I bought it , so I thought I would use them again for the same purpose. I was told 3/31/14 between 8am - 1pm, well they never called and they never showed up. I sent an email asking why and haven't heard back yet. I took a whole day off work for this ...What a waist of time. I don't know what I ever did to them to warrant a no response to the appointment. Well I guess they really didn't need my business after all.

The inspector, Darren McDaniel, found no termites or evidence of termites (home is only 4 years old) but wrote up sever conditions that he said were conducive to termites. The conditions he identified were escessive moisture and faulty grade. His excessive moisture was due to a stain on the bottom shelf of the linen closet that he attributed to a water stain. Really? On the bottom shelf of the linen closet? When the lender got the report, they asked for clarifications as to the extent of the deficiencies. When the lender called StrikeForce they were told the inpsector was unavailable but was assured he would return the call and provide the answers. My realtor and the lender both tried to get answers but were never able to speak to the inspector. After several days of trying, my lender ordered another termite inspection. All items were re-inspected and were determined invalid. The real disappointment was the fact theat they would not even defend their report; they just refused to contact either my realtor or the lender.

THEY DO A COMPLETE JOB AND INSPECT ALL AREAS OF THE HOMES. THEY PROMPTLY SUBMIT A REPORT OF THEIR FINDINGS FOR YOUR INFORMATION AND ARE EQUIPPED TO REPAIR ANY PROBLEMS TOO.

STRIKE FORCE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY PEST 'R US EXTERMINATING, SO I FELT VERY ASSURED OF THEIR SERVICE. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WAS VERY EASY AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. THEIR SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED.

MIKE, OUR SERVICE REP, IS BEYOND BELIEF. HE EVEN HAS COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AFTER OUR SERVICE BECAUSE HE REMEMBERED A PLACE HE DIDN'T INSPECT OR SPRAY, AND DOES IT FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! UNBELIEVABLE QUALITY!

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETE JOB THAT WAS DONE. ONLY TRENCHED THE OUTSIDE OF MOST OF MY HOUSE WHEN I UNDERSTOOD IT TO BE A FOUNDATION DRILL.
