First visit was great. second ok. third great. fourth bad...etc (for 6 months) pretty much hit and miss based on who came out. We got tired of inconsistent service and having rooms barely touched and visible spots on the floor...

Very sweet ladies . Very caring company.

My elderly Mother in law can't keep up with all the cleaning in the house like she used to. So I hired Spic N' Span to come in with two housekeepers for four hours. Well, they actually sent three housekeepers for 2 hours and 45 minutes and they did a wonderful job. Mom was very happy. They were on time, polite, quiet, and didn't stop working the whole time they were there. They did all the hard stuff for Mom like cleaning floors, bathrooms, dusting, etc. Just a wonderful job. I will be having them come in every month now so I don't have to worry about Mom straining herself or getting hurt. The owner, Aimee and her assistant, Jo-Ann are very nice and helpful. They answer the phone and return calls. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Cleaning is superficial. Forgot to dust T.Vs and some living room furniture. The cleaners are nice and friendly.

They did an excellent job, and I was charged $120 for two hours. ($20/hr for each person) Since then a two person team has come to clean once a week. They are very efficient, and my house sparkles when they leave. I pay $75, and it takes them about 2 hours. They vacuum, dust, mop and clean my kitchen and baths. I am VERY happy with this service!

Awesome service- very reasonable price- our neighbor is using a competitor and paying 25% more for less service.

Team of 3: Maria, Patricia and Susan, arrived on time and worked very hard. They were very professional and thorough and were very nice to work with. The house really sparkled after they finished. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

Have been using Spic & Span for the past 5 months for weekly cleaning. They are great. I get the same crew every week. They always show up exactly on time and they do a great job. The ladies who clean my house know what they are doing, and are very hard working, thorough cleaners. They are very nice ladies, and a pleasure to have in the house. The price is very reasonable. Also, when I've needed to contact the office for scheduling changes or questions, there is always someone available to speak to me and they are very responsive. Very positive experience.

The two girls are very nice, I just wish they spoke english while they are here, the always speak spanish and I don't understand a word they are saying and sometimes I think they are talking about me.

The 3 ladies showed up on time for the first cleaning. They were very focused on getting in and getting the job done right. They started right away, dividing up tasks and moving through the house very methodically. They did a very thorough job and asked if there was anything they missed before they were done. At the rental home we moved from, there were also 3 ladies who showed up. They were about 10 min late which was fine because I had received a phone call about 10 min before their scheduled time to alert me that they were running a bit late. It was the same routine. They came in and divided up tasks, moving very methodically through the house. They confirmed everything that I wanted completed and did a very good job. I would recommend them and will definitely be using them again. They are professional and the pricing was very reasonable.

Amiee is a caring and conscientious business owner that demands the best for her cleaning clients. Her rates are reasonable, her crews are always punctual, and they do a fantastic and thorough job. I have used "Spic & Span" on a bi-weekly basis for the last six mont hs and will definitely continue to do so!

I didn't always get the same crew of girls. I felt they were racing each other to see who could finish a room first. They were very loud and the main girl had an attitude. I had asked them several times to empty the mop water in my toilet or utility room sink, but they always emptied it in my front yard. The office crew is great.

Most of the house turned out well with one exception. The exception was that the external hard drive for the video game system was moved/cleaned/damaged by Spic and Span and they have denied any responsibility for the damage and made no offer to repair or replace it. It is very ironic that the damage to my item coincided with the exact time they cleaned my house. This device worked before the house was cleaned. Upon returning home, my adult son asked me what happened to the hard drive as all of his games were gone. The only variable here is the housecleaning, as no one, aside from my son, touches the station and it is in a closed cabinet which was opened during cleaning. The cost to replace this device will be many hundreds of dollars. Be aware of Spic & Span Housecleaning's responsibility around your valuables!!

Three women showed up about 15 minutes early (big plus) and started right to work. They already knew what had to be done. They brought their own equipment and 2 1/2 hours later my outdoor living area floor was clean and shiny. They even cleaned and vacuumed my outdoor furniture which wasn't even part of the deal. The tile encompasses the patio and the walkway to the guest house and its front area...a very large job! The ladies were courteous and hard-working. The office staff called confirming my appointment and answered all my questions and made sure they understood what was to be done. VERY PLEASED!! I will be calling them again in the near future.

They do a nice job at a good price. They are easy to communicate with as well.

Crew arrived promptly after calling to let me know that they were on their way. They looked over the space, asked if there were any specific needs or problem areas and proceeded to take over the house with the sounds and smells of cleaning. Within the alloyed time, they were out the door, leaving me with a sparkling clean house.

EXCELLENT experience after years of dealing with flaky people who don't show up. They were on time, I had great communication with Aimee, and the team that came in to clean did excellent work. They didn't miss a spot and I will certainly be hiring them again in the future and I give them an A+ recommendation!!

I was very happy with them. I thought they worked much more diligently than the other company I used to clean the house that we moved in. They just came in and they seem to do a lot more in the time that the other company did. They stepped in to my condo and they just were working really hard. They exceptional. They even moved stuff for me out to the garage which was really nice. I would use the other housecleaning company I got again, I would definitely stick with Spic & Span.

The cleaning was good but not great.

I was very happy the results. Figured yep, they were prompt, if not just a tad early. They did a good job. Actually the best job I can remember getting in a while. (We switched from one of the big name cleaning services) But, tonight I about fell off my feet. I went to bake something, and was I super amazed to see they cleaned the inside of my oven! That has never happened. Wow.

I've been using Spic and Span for a year now and they are by far the best cleaning service we've found (we tried 4-5 others in the beginning). The staff is very efficient and professional. My entire 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was cleaned in 2 hours by 3 people. They come every three weeks and we couldn't be happier with the results. It is well worth 120.00.

I'm still using them and I'm so happy with them. I think they might have charged me less. I have a fairly small condo and they actually gave me a credit against a future bill. I'm still paying that same amount to get my house cleaned.
