Steve came out and advised on a problem that made more sense for me to do on my own. However his advice and recommendations and overall customer service were unbelievable! When I have a project that will require professionals I won't hesitate to call Sonoran Peak Construction + Roofing first! Thank you so much for your advice and recommendations! Top notch!!

my first impression of Sonoran Peak wasn't good. I almost didn't use them until a friend convinced me otherwise and i am glad he did. They did a great job in the end. Barry worked directly with my insurance and charged a fair price. I got three other quotes and he was the only one to come close to what my insurance gave me. He helped us choose a color that we are very happy with. It completes our house. When the workmen came they were busy and done within a few days.

If you are looking for a roofer with integrity-call Sonoran Peak! After last weekend's storm, we had several roof tiles that had been blown over. I did not know the extent of the damage. I called for an estimate on repair and an appointment was set. On Friday morning he came to do estimate, climbed up on the roof, set all tiles back in place, came down, put his ladder away and said there was no charge!

I was very impressed by Barry Cohen and Jerry Cunningham. Both owners traveled to our house on a Saturday morning to discuss a full remodel project. We already have architectural plans, and we were looking to obtain an estimate for the full scope of our project. Barry and Jerry were a wealth of information and very professional. When we're financially able to move on a remodel, I want this company to be our general contractor.

No one ever called back.

They were the service providers that my HOA would normally provide. It was under warranty and so, it did not cost me anything. I have been using them because the HOA uses them. Overall, they did okay and there were no complaints. They did the work that they came to do.

They were on time and did a wonderful job. They have also done some other general work around my house as well. Refaced my old brick fireplace and it look Amazing!

Barry came out looked at my roof and gave me a verbal quote of 4500.00 I asked him to send a written quote. He hasn't sent anything or called back. All the other companies gave a quote between 8000 and 11000. I doubt his scope of work would be the same.

Barry came out to the house to do the inspection. He was running a little late. He looked around the house and indicated more damage than we had initially suspected. He then went outside and up on the roof. Came back and said he could fix the leak but we may want to consider a whole new roof, suggesting we will need to replace the entire roof in approximately 3 years. He promised a quote in 24 hours. We received it a week later. We asked for a quote on drywall repair as well. He never provided it. Other contractors we talked to (5 in total) said our roof is in pretty good shape. They didn't have the same approach as Barry, nor suggested we needed to consider a whole new roof. His price for repairing the leak was good but we didn't feel comfortable going with this company.

They had scheduled to deliver the roofing tiles today and they did deliver it today. We chose them because they came to our house. They are very professional, nice and helpful. They came back multiple times and answered questions. They haven?t yet installed the roof. They were very responsive. I am going to use their services to get the work done.

They overpriced the roofing job by about $6,000 and they came down later after they claimed they had new management. I made them give me back the contract, which they did and I was pleased because I had signed it in a couple of places. They initially came out on 11/1 and came back on 11/11 when the adjuster came out. I didn't end up using them. The guy who came to the door was quite nice; he was friendly and professional. I thought I might use them until I compared the quotes and the materials they were going to use. When I expressed my misgiving that is when the guy came down but I still didn't want to use them. He didn't give me a hassle or try to take me to court.

The response to my request for an estimate was fast. My questions and concerns were answered quickly and completely. The estimate was the lowest. The work started very quickly and was done very quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Terrific. Every step was professional , from the estimator to the installation and the billing office. They made it very easy for me to take care of this problem without hassle.

Sonoran's staff did a great job overall. Spotted and took care of a lot of 'little things' that weren't part of our original request - several at no charge (based on the project). The overall very good service far outweighed the few issues like less-than-thorough clean up and dust mitigation. FYI - if they are going to move your furniture, make sure they know not to place it in the middle of the kitchen. :)

Everything went smoothly. I first received an estimate which included all labor, materials and equipment required. After reviewing the bid, a start date was scheduled and work was begun. Workers arrived right on time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. The work was completed as scheduled. Painting took about a day longer than originally anticipated but that was only because my stucco sucked up so much paint. They could have just skimped on paint, but didnt't. They went the extra mile to ensure I had good coverage and that the job would excellent. Several times during the work and then after the work was completed both Jerry Cunningham and Barry Cohen, the company owners, came out to inspect the work, see if I had any questions and make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. The paint job turned out neat and it looks stunning. Everyone who comes over comments on how great my house looks. The tile work was straight, level and well placed. I have no complaints about the quality of the work, the care taken or the price paid. This is the second time I have used them and I will use them again.

The work was performed promptly and the new roof looks good and is completely leak-proof. Barry Cohen was very conscientious and good at explaining what needed to be done, and also what did not. That is, he saved us from wasting money on repairing things that did not need to be fixed. He was a straight shooter and showed a pleasing obsession with doing the job well.

These guys worked out perfectly. They were always so conscientious in every area as well as being very flexible and patient with me. They also made really good suggestions which I found really helpful.
