It's easy to give a good recommendation when every thing goes well, but the truly great companies shine above when problems happen and they stay and make sure everything is taken care of professionally. I called the company for roof repairs on a home inspection report and spoke with the owner, Thomas. He was extremely responsive and did the repairs on-time and when there was an issue with scheduling, he came out himself and finished the job. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and as a Realtor, I will use this company any chance I can.

Went above the extra mile to help me and complete the roofing project with add ons too. All completed within the needed time frame and without any hazzles from the HOA board about the work that was seen being done of which when completed and all painted couldn't see what any change as done

Mr. Thomas Williamson and his team worked diligently and went above and beyond to help me to do the needed repairs to my home. The repairs and maintenance include flat roof repair and recoat to protect foam underneath. His team also found wood rot facia board and to check all the boards at the front of my home had to remove accent tiles above to access. In so doing, found three places of leakage not yet evident. These were repaired and subsequently sealed to prevent any further damage. The tiles then had to be replaced and due to being previously painted over by the HOA had to be touched up to look exactly as before. Mr. Williams went more than the extra mile to find the wood exactly as what was used originally to replace for the fascia board in the repair. In addition he sought out to find the original type of tiles used in the construction of my home to replace tiles that did not survive in the process. The wood and the tiles no longer produced, he found them! Awesome job!

Thomas Wlliamson of Shield Contracting was great to work with. He was the first person to respond to my emergency foam roof leak, came out the same day and the repair was made two days latter. He thoroughly examined my roof and even trimmed back some tree branches. He is very pleasant to work with and plan to have him do additional work in the near future

Thomas was first to respond and we made an appointment that day for him to provide an estimate. We met the same day and he was very thorough in his estimate. He was prompt and got the job done quickly and he explained the different options I had and gave me space to decide. There was no pressure from him which was the one of the deciding factors. I would definitely use him again for other projects that I have since he is a general contractor.

I'm so glad my previous roofer retired. That gave me reason to find a new person/company. Tom Williamson of Shield Contracting came out and we were so impressed by Tom personally that we decided not to look any further for someone to fix our flat roof. Tom did more than just put a coat or sealant, he examined the entire surface and let us know where other issues needed repair. My previous company would have probably just repaired the parapets and sealed the roof surface. Tom was amazing. We highly recommend!!!!!
