I thought it went very well. They were very punctual. It took them a little longer because once they removed the existing flooring they found some problems with the previous installation. They corrected them at no extra charge.

The sales people who were the owner and his son were outstanding. They had a variety of products that I could select from. They came out and measured very efficiently. They had tremendous insight and sense to which way to run the boards. They gave attention to detail and I appreciated that. Their crew members were contracted out but they were great and conscientious. I appreciated their work. It has been over a year and it has been great work. I would highly recommend them to the other members. Their price was competitive and I was able to work some things out. They called me after the installation to see if there were any issues and if they had to come out. They worked around my schedule. I had a delay in my project as the painter was not able to reschedule at the first available moment. They were very accommodating. They were outstanding and a good group of folks. I appreciated all of them. I actually would be using them in the future.

She was extremely helpful, and took the time to help me solve my problem, even though she wouldn't benefit from helping me solve my carpet problem because they don't do repairs. Thank you again, if I need new carpet again, I will make sure to get it from you guys.

The price, carpet installation was excellent. It took two days for over 1500 sq feet. Day one was fine Day two they decided to do some small jobs first and did not come back until later 4 pm Should have finished us first All in all I was pleased with the carpet,installation and price

They were excellent. They moved the furniture, they were fast, and they did a great job.

Measurements were done within two days of initial call, carpet was delivered and installed days earlier than originally promised. A very welcomed surprise. Everyone was very nice and patient with me in making decisions. They called after to confirm I was happy with the install. I have already recommended them to others who have used them.

We found Scottsdale flooring on Angies List. The sales person was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The floor was measured and the installation was completed as scheduled. We are very pleased with the installation.

They had fabulous customer service!

The work went fairly well and only took four days (M-Th). Joel told me the grout needed to be sealed within 10 days after job completion. On Thursday I spoke with Ed, the owner and requested WRITTEN cleaning instructions & grout information as well as a couple of other outstanding items. On Friday, Ed called to inform me that he had told Joel/Hoyle to call me because the job had required quite a bit of extra mortar. This was the first I had heard of it, and now the bill was going to be $400 higher. If Ed is the owner, don t you think it would be his responsibility to call any customer and inform them of any cost overages instead of leaving it to a limited English speaker. Lastly, I had a wooden curio cabinet that was cracked on the move to the garage. Although Floor America ultimately took care of it (through Furniture Medic), it took TWO MONTHS for me to get my cabinet back; plus lots of phone calls and a general sense of aggravation.

Wow! This company is awesome! They did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it. The job took 3 days (as promised), and they shifted our furniture so that we did not have to empty the house. Another company wanted us to put the furniture in storage and be out of the house approximately 2 weeks. These folks answered all questions patiently and had a wonderful crew who worked till 10 PM. Yes, we did go to a hotel for a couple of nights. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Their price was right in line with the competition.

Flooring America gave us large square samples of wood flooring so we could compare them in our home and make an informed selection. Todd Boettcher came to our home to give us an estimate. The installation was scheduled promptly and the crews worked very fast. The only concern we had involved the wood moldings they installed between our tile flooring and the wood floors. The ones around the hearth lifted. The team that was sent out to repair them was careless and damaged the both the tile and wood flooring. The molding also wasn't fixed. Another crew had to come out to fix their repair, using tile and wood we had purchased.

THERE IS NO BETTER COMPANY TO WORK WITH IN THE VALLEY! They were patient, helping me take home and look through some 15 finalist for tile. We finally settled on one. By the time we did, we had only a month before our entire family were coming to stay. Of course, after ordering, the tile was out of stock and would not be in intime to make our deadline. That didn't stop them! The tile we picked out was a cheap knockoff of an Italian tile. The owner kept his work and worked out a deal with their distributor and paid some himself to get me the original tile at the same price. It was twice the price and quality. He did it to keep his word! AMAZING! Then, after seeing part of it installed, we decided to have the dinning room tiled instead of carpeted. What a pain we were! He tracked down the same dye lot in Texas and had it shipped to us so the tile would be an exact match then bound our unused already ordered carpet so we could use it as an area rug. AMAZING.

This company had great service, showed on time to measure and install carpet. Best price of 3 bids that were received for the work.

The staff of Scottsdale Flooring America was always professional and pleasant. They have a good size show room with lots of samples. They measured the flooring but it took a bit for them to get back with the estimate. Requested that they use screws to attached the underlayment for tile to the wood floors. They said would comply and then used nails. Tried to talk with the workmen but no one spoke english. Requested that they cover the carpet that was just cleaned when the completed the upstairs baths. They only did so half way through the job after I had to speak with the office. The upstairs carpet was left dirty after their job and will have to be shampooed again. Bullnose tile was not used on the steps and was just filled with grout at a 45 degree angle. A recipe for future repairs. Rather than carry the tile under the door sill they butted up to the door sill and filled with grout also future repair problems. I will use them again but only with a detailed scope of work doc.

From the start, my experience with this company was excellent. They had a nice selection, scheduled accurately, and completed the job. There was a problem with a seam which they eventually took care of. It was the manufacturer's fault, and they contacted the manufacturer who sent someone out quickly.

VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED. THE SELECTION OF RUGS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS THAT TRULY GOES THAT EXTRA MILE TO GET SOMETHING DONE. WE WERE GIVEN AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS EXACT. THE WORK WAS FINISHED ON A TIMELY BASIS. NO COMPLAINTS AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY HAVE ALSO DONE TILE WORK IN OUR HOME AND THE INSTALLER WAS MORE OF A CRAFTSMAN THAN JUST AN INSTALLER.

UNBELIEVABLE. UNDERPROMISED AND OVERDELIVERED! LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED AND HELPED MAKE OUR VISION HAPPEN. MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. CAREFUL ON TIME, INSTALLATION. BETTER THAN WE EVER DREAMED IT COULD TURN OUT. NEAT AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. FOLLOWED UP ON ANY CONCERNS WE HAD.

THEIR SELECTION OF TILES WAS GREAT. THEY ARRIVED TO INSTALL WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE JOB WAS MESSY WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE TILES, BUT THEY CLEANED UP THE BEST THEY COULD. THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW TILES LOOKS GREAT. THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION REGARDING THE TYPE OF GROUT TO USE, BUT WAS RESOLVED. THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE TILE/CARPET TRANSITION, BUT THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO FIX IT.
