Description of Work: Scottsdale Flooring of America installed engineered hardwood floors in one bedroom of our house. When any minor issue arose, they took care of it right away and were extremely responsive, prompt and professional. The floor looked beautiful. So much so that we had them come back and do our main living room and another bedroom. They also look fabulous. We are hoping to get more floors done when possible and we will definitely have Scottsdale Flooring do the job!

Description of Work: They were fantastic. The owner of Scottsdale Flooring America personally came out to help me pick out hardwood for my first floor, stairs leading up to the landing. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Their contractors showed up on time, were efficient and got the job done just in time for us to pass papers on our new home. We were very happy with their time management and attention to detail. We will definitely use them again and I encourage neighbors to do so as well.

Description of Work: Everyone, from the design consultant, Melissa, the owner,Ed, who did our measurements, and the installers, Martin and his sons, exhibited professionalism, were service oriented, and a pleasure to work with. We had carpeting removed and wood laminate flooring installed in three bedrooms and closets, a porch and a vanity area in one bathroom. We are very satisfied with the service, the price, and the product and recommend them without reservation.

Description of Work: Sales representative (owner) came out to the house promptly took measurements and was very helpful the installation date will take place after this review.

Description of Work: Sold and installed carpet for 3 bedrooms and an office. I have a lot of heavy furniture and the fact that they were willing to move it was the big sell point. The carpet was nice, and the install was not too disruptive. No problems since.

Description of Work: We had hardwood flooring, floor tiles, backsplash tiles, and w/w carpeting. The carpeting will be installed tomorrow but all the other work was done on or before the time promised, the quality of work is excellent, the tile installer (Brad) made excellent suggestions along the way to improve the outcome, and everybody cleaned up. Would definitely recommend and use again.
