I've been a Safeguard customer for about 6 years now. When we moved, it was a no-brainer to have them update the old ADT alarm in the new place. The salesperson, Steve Compton, who I've worked with before, and I did a walkthrough and added a few new sensors, reusing sensors from the old system where we could, which saved me money. The new alarm system has a bunch of great features, like status and arming from your cellphone and even (for a minor extra cost) home automation functionality, it's a nice upgrade from the earlier "traditional" alarm at the old house. But it's Safeguard's service and alarm center that are the reason I keep recommending them! Always very polite and knowledgeable, even with a false alarm in the middle of the night! When a part failed just after install on our original house they were back the next day (Christmas Eve!) to fix it, and when we decided to move a sensor that was being triggered by a pet Safeguard did that as well, at no charge! Yes, the monthly fee ($45) is expensive, but it's worth the piece of mind.

We performed physical and remote regular testing of our central monitored system and updated our security information…ALL went quickly, smoothly and accurately as always for the past 15 years. Highly recommend SAFEGUARD for quality of services as well as excellent "customer care".

Got quotes on other systems and felt Safeguard was the best system for us. They were professional, on time, and thoroughly explained the system to us.

The estimator was very professional and punctual. I liked what I heard, but there is such competition in this field we went with someone less expensive.

Contacted Safeguard based on recommendations of neighbors. Sales person explained what was available, cost and what made sense for our security needs. Technician installed motion detectors and entry door alarms. System is simple and effective - help line is staffed with courteous knowledgeable employees. Completely satisfied with the security system that was installed.

I am happy with them. They are local and committed to their reputation in the local market.

I can't say enough about Safeguard. They've been better than any other company in Arizona. They even monitor our alarm systems. The monitoring system is outstanding. Safeguard is reliable and punctual. They're very congenial to work with. The staff breaks down the information into layman terms. I would absolutely recommend them.

After shopping around and getting some referrals, I decided to go with Safeguard security for my home security system. They were incredibly friendly and responsive. They had someone meet me at my home for a pre-installation inspection. Then, based on his recommendations, I purchased the equipment, and scheduled the installation. They were right on time, professional, and did a great job. Since then, I had an issue with one of the motion sensors. They sent a technician to fix it, and again -- he was professional, showed up right on time, and fixed the problem. Since having the system installed, I have set it off a couple of times. Their monitoring service is on the ball, and their representatives are always professional and pleasant. Based on my experience, I recommend Safeguard to anyone.

SOMETIMES THEIR JUDGMENT ON AN ALARM CALL HAS BEEN GROSSLY INCORRECT. OTHERWISE THEY ARE ADEQUATE IN THEIR RESPONSE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE QUITE PLEASANT.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS RESPONED QUICKLY. VERY HELPFUL WHEN ALARM ACCIDENTLY TRIPPED. VERY NICE PEOPLE.

RICK PERFORMED THE INSPECTION. HE'S WORKED FOR SAFEGUARD FOR YEARS... AND THEY SEEM TO SEND THE SAME PERSON OUT EACH YEAR SO THEY KNOW OUR HOME. WE'VE ADDED ON TO OUR HOME AND THEY CONTINUE TO DO A GREAT JOB INSTALLING AND MAINTAINING. THEIR MONITORING SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND VERY RESPONSIVE.

THEY PROVIDE A GREAT SERVICE.

FROM DESIGN TO INSTALLATION, THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEIR FOLLOW UP SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. WHEN A SECURITY BREECH OCCURS, THEY ARE IN CONTACT WITH US WITHIN 60 SECONDS, CHECKING TO MAKE SURE WE ARE OK.

OVERALL WE ARE SATISFIED, WITH NO ISSUES.

THEY ARE A LARGE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION. FAMILY MEMBERS WHO HAVE ACCIDENTALLY SET OFF THE ALARM CAN ATTEST THAT THEY WILL INSIST ON IDENTIFICATION BEFORE CONSIDERING THE ISSUE RESOLVED. FULL-SERVICE MONITORING WITH GUARD PATROL IS A LITTLE COSTLY.
