Description of Work: Repaired a serious leak on our tile roof. Jason Kill arrived on time for the estimate. looked over roof and offered two additional items he observed that should have been done to prevent the problem in the first place. We went thru three storms with out a problem leak of any kind. Even though this company was not the cheapest of the three contractors we had provide an estimate, they were the most thorough and professional. I have recommended them to two neighbors, who asked me who I used and was I happy. Excellent cleanup, promptness, and professionalism from Jason, the installers, and the supervisor (can;t remeber his name). All coomunicated what they were doing and what happens next inlcuding the time to complete. We appreciated this and showed they are in business to stay. We would use and recommend Roofing Consultants again.

+ -1 moreI had four bids for repairs from various companies and Roofing Consultants was the only company that told me how bad my entire roof was (the house is 6 years old) and it would be best to foam the entire roof for $7,100. Currently, it is a 3 layer roof. I understand everyone has their own opinion but I feel that the estimator was only interested in replacing the roof not repairing it. He said they would repair it but there wouldn't be any warranty with the work. He did not provide a written bid for a repair only replacement. The other three companies provided 2 - 3 year warranties on the repair. We had the repair completed for $900.00 which includes replacing broken tiles.

+ -1 moreThe crew was delayed by one day due to a broken truck (?) but came promptly the next day. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. They were efficient and did a good job. So far, no more water inside the garage, and the roof looks great!

+ -1 moreThe project lasted about three weeks, longer than expected due to rain delays. Our company foreman contact was Jason, who was very professional. When the job was completed, he made an appointment to review the work at the house and educated us about maintenance issues (we are new to Arizona and foam roofs). After the final elastic polymer was applied, Cox cable had to move some cable lines which pulled up the polymer and re-exposed the foam underneath. Jason identified this issue to us and took pictures of these spots (and some insufficient coating near a skylight) and sent a worker out again for touch up. He initiated all of that; we didn't have to ask. All in all, RCA did a fine job, were easy to work with, and Jason kept me informed via phone calls every step of the way during the project.
Description of Work: Completely removed old roof, half of which was flat and the other half was pitched Terra Cotta tiles. All tiles were removed so the sub roofing could be replaced. Cracked tiles were replaced and the roof line was re patched with matching-colored cement. The flat roof sub roofing was about 40% replaced. There was no foam before. New sub roofing was laid down, the roof was foamed, sealed, and then sprayed with a white elastic polymer.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt in coming out to review the extent of damage and the workers followed promptly in two weeks to do the work. I was pleased with all that they did and they cleaned up the area nicely.
Description of Work: They repaired a leak on the roof by taking up a portion of the roof tiles, replaced some plywood sheeting, and adding new paper. They said the drainage canal for the hidden portion of the roof was dirty and so water from heavy rains found another way to drain. Apparently this has been a problem for some time. They also went over the roof and caulked some loose tiles in other places.

+ -1 moreAll aspects covered competently and as promised. Dale Nelson called shortly after my call for an appointment. He showed up on time, did a visual check, and provided a quote. Workers showed up; however, they switched appointment times w/o informing me. A minor problem. Workers came, were polite and efficient, and fixed the problem. Bill arrived yesterday and was consistent with estimate.

Description of Work: Remove tile above entry, 3 feet from wall to top. Replace 2x8 warped fascia in area & corner of roof above. Replace bad plywood at overhang. Install 30 & 90 lb underlayment. Install new channel metal & wood battens. Reinstall tiles, clean area of all roofing debase. Install 3x8 anti-ponding metal at perimeter of eaves.

Description of Work: Replaced 21 concrete tiles and repaired 3 ''mud caps'' on an existing residential tile roof. Repairs were done to satisfy agreement between buyer and seller in a real estate transaction.

When the workers were delayed on another job, they called to arrange another time to work on my house. Some of the other roofers only want to do large jobs, but I felt that Roofing Consultants cared about my small job and provided quality service and craftsmanship.
Description of Work: Removed tiles, under lining, and plywood around the chimney. Replaced water damaged area and replaced flashing so that water drains properly. Removed and replaced flashing around two skylights.
