 + -1 moreCarla Whitten. Agent Realty Executives We sold our house on the third day we listed the Property;it was a fullprice offer. Sounds Great?? We lost $350,000 on the sale. Carla, as we told her prior to Listing,was not up with current market conditions and priced the property to low! She says" the comps.,," Comps are backward looking; Carla didn't seem to grasp the Market Momentum.as there were no properties for sale in ourcommunity-everything was Pending. Truly not bright. Totally self-serving-THAT IS CARLA WHITTEN. Carla's is only interested in her commission. She is,in short, is a piece ofwork -to be avoided. Why does she have a business card displaying her picture that is out-of-date by by 15 or 20 years ? Is that vanity or deceit?

 + -1 moreTracy Fitzgerald was our agent and we were more than pleased with the service and professionalism she provided. We are relocating to Scottsdale from Indiana and Tracy was referred to us by other employees who used her in their own transfer to the area. Over a period of a few months she helped us find a great house and had contacts for other service providers she had used in the past. She helped us through every step of the way and was amazing to work with. She actually moved to Realty Executives from another real estate company in the middle of our house hunting process and it was seamless. She has an assistant who works closely with her who was also wonderful. We would highly recommend Tracy to anyone.
