+ -1 morePlumber came to home, told me where to buy parts for my shower stall, hot and cold handles with surround tiled shower and suggested R&R. Called that afternoon and finally was connected with Brian. Told him what I needed and parts were delivered on time. ISSUE, shower head matched Bush Nickel but faucets didn't, they were rubbed bronze! Not what we ordered! Brain said he would have overnight delivery for our order when plumber arrived, on Monday. DIDN'T HAPPEN, 3 WEEKS LATER & NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! Called and finally after 3 weeks and 4 calls later, being told Brian would call me, I spoke to Brian!!!!! He claims I spoke to Byron and he never placed the order. 3 WEEKS AND NO ORDER! I will NEVER purchase a part from them again and will now call my credit card and cancel this transaction. UNRELIABLE and I probably can purchase it online for cheaper, thanks to R & R I now know what I am looking for!

+ -1 moreExtremely helpful, informative, friendly, responsive, and just all around nice. For example, I picked up one of the toilets myself and when I was unloading it at my home, managed to break it. When I brought it back and explained what happened, they told me they would only charge me THEIR cost to replace it, no markup. Overall, they seemed very competitive and I went everywhere.
Description of Work: Bought approximately 2/3 of our plumbing supplies for our extensive remodel from R&R. This included 5 sinks, 11 faucets includes bath, kitchen, laundry, shower and tub faucets), 3 toilets, a cast iron tub, a whirlpool tub, roughs, levers and more!
