+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. We had great communication throughout the process. The only downside is their mortgage division. Even if you are not interested in the mortgage division, they will hassle you to use it. Other than that, I am very pleased with the job.
Description of Work: They built my house. My house is 4300 square feet. It is a two story, 6 bedroom, 2 and a half bath house. It was not prefabricated. They took ten months to build the house. It also has a three car garage.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY REASONABLE FOR THE SIZE OF THE HOUSE. WE HAD VERY FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE HOUSE AND WERE OVERALL SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DID BUILDING IT. THEY MADE SURE THAT WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR SELECTION AND WERE VERY HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THEY WERE THE BUILDERS OF OUR PULTE HOME. THEY NOT ONLY BUILT THE HOME BUT FOLLOWED UP AFTERWARDS.

Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A PULTE HOME AND THEY HAVE BEEN OUT ON VARIOUS OCCASIONS. LARGEST ONE BEING THE FLOOR IN UPSTAIRS BATH WAS NOT SUPPORTED PROPERLY. THEY REINFORCED, REPLACED FLOORING WITH ALL NEW TILE, GROUTED, PAINTED TRIM & WALLS.
