Thought I got lucky when I first met John, but it was a nightmare...they said it be a month since October and install took FOREVER...not just that, they installed Mt doors and I had to remind them to install my screen doors they promised...PLUS, they were suppose to fix the casing of one of my bedroom doors, and use my old peep hole and install it on my new door...omg, they should know what their jobs are. I hired them to not have to worry and get the job done quick....I lost 15k not running my business due to the extreme tardiness (4mo)...workers were awesome, but management was the worst...I didn't know I was gonna have to mange and tell workers their job. Frankly... Job is not done. No communication to finish the job....time to call family lawyer I guess...dont choose NOT pro stars. Workers were amazing and should go into business without these ppl.

If you like to be cancelled on multiple times and deal with poor management then you found the right company. Once an install team could actually show up as scheduled they did good work. But John was uncommunicative, untruthful, and extremely difficult to work with.

I just spent an hour composing an email and you deleted it. John lied to us. We paid him money we have no door and he will not return our money

They were very experienced and professional walked me through every step of getting a new front door. Everything was explained in full and the friendly staff was very helpful.

John was very friendly and informative. He came earlier than what we arranged. He made inquiries as he measured. He gave information regarding his company. He gave me a quote and did not push when he was told I needed more time to make a decision. I would recommend this company.

Quality of work was good, but they were a little pricey.

My bifold closet doors broke and needed to be replaced. When JR came out to install them, he was so very personable and had the doors up in no time. All adjustments were made outdoors so as not to leave saw dust in my house - he even asked for a broom and swept the sidewalk when he was done. This company understands customer service! I just love my new closet doors!

I paid over $700 for the installation of two barn doors. They were poorly hung, backwards and not level. ProStar then wanted me to pay for the repair, after they ignored my calls for two months. Customer service is basically nonexistent

Customer service is absolutely awful. Had 2 issues and they were never solved

I first worked with John who came over to provide an estimate after looking at the door. He was knowledgeable and understood that I did not want to replace the entire door; I only needed the strike jam repaired. Josh came over a few days later and did the actual repair and he was wonderful! He worked diligently with no errors. I would highly recommend working with ProStar Doors again in the future and sending referrals their way. The price of the repair wasn’t too much either!!

I called PROSTAR doors in a panic as another installer left me in a bind. After 3 attempts to install a French door with an exterior security door the installer couldn't get the doors hung correctly. I had a disaster with an insecure door, parts missing, and a whole drilled into a part incorrectly. I called and spoke to Suzy who went to work on how they could help me. Both John my advisor and Josh my installer put me at ease. Josh installed my doors which now look great and work perfectly. Huge thank you to Suzy, John, and Josh. If you want your job done correct the first time give them a call!

I am not sure how much of our experience was related to pandemic delays. But there were long delays everywhere in the process, communication was horrible. I had to call constantly and did not hear back when they communicated they would. The actual door quality and install work seem to be pretty good so far. It definitely was not a smooth process at all.

Bait and switch? I have a signed contract, they deposited my 1/2 down **over a month ago**! On Friday, June 11th the **owner**. Ray came out and refused to do the job unless I paid an additional $1000. Be warned, this is not a reputable company.

Review by Jerry T in Chandler AZ, I will say this. Tanner was an excellent installer. He was friendly, hard working and very customer oriented. I would rate Tanner a 10 out of 10 stars. He also explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend his services.

Tanner did an exceptional job, he was professional snd very pleasant to work with. The new door works well, Tanner further explained how to adjust tensioner which I greatly appreciated. I would feel comfortable recommending his services to family and friends.

Tanner came out for ProStar Doors today and installed out door. We were impressed with his speed, skill and professionalism on the install. Very satisfied with how well this went and looks.

Tanner was amazing. On time, cleaned up, and the door looks great. He even added insulation where some should have been but wasn't. I did some shopping around and found ProStar to be very reasonably priced, but I'll be using them for my future door needs because of the customer service. When they said they'd call back, they did. Every appointment was kept and on time. At every phase of the interaction I had with ProStar, the person was respectful, competent, and efficient. This is a quality run company that is customer centric focused.
