Proscapes LLC

This company is a pleasure to deal with and Fred, the owner, was professional and just a great guy. He was always available to answer questions and to offer suggestions and his staff showed up on time every day, were friendly and left the job site spotless.

In April 2010 Proscapes LLC was one of 3 estimates we received to install travertine tiles and an outdoor BBQ as well as a firepit. We chose Proscapes because of their vision for the patio. Because of our long history with Proscapes and more importantly because of their reliability, professionalism, and quality of work we did not get any other estimates for this project, only Proscapes LLC. On April 12 Freddie came by to discuss what we wanted to accomplish. On April 15 he was back with the estimate and we gave him the go ahead to start the project. We were having company and the artificial turf was being installed on May 8 so the retaining wall needed to be completed by then. On Monday, April 22 Proscapes LLC crew of 4 workers arrived at 6:00 A.M. They worked until 10:30 A.M. when they stopped for a short lunch and then continued working until 3:00 P.M. This was their routine until the job was completed. I came out several times a day and everyone was always working, except for lunch. No one was ever standing around. When they left for the day all the tools were put away, trash was gone. You never knew anyone had been there. Unbelievable!!! We wanted one end of the retaining wall to have a radius large enough to accommodate a Bismark Palm. At the other end we wanted to have a flagstone topped bench for sitting. In front of this area we wanted a travertine patio that was the mirror image of the radius of the patio previously installed. This needed to be large enough for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Irrigation and landscaping lighting needed to be installed in the planter. Originally, a small amount of stone was to be installed under the flagstone topped bench. The rest of the wall was to be stucco. Of course with any construction project, changes are always made. Proscapes LLC was very willing to accommodate us. We ended up putting stone on the entire wall as well as adding a flagstone top to the entire wall. We stepped the wall down twice to add more detail (even though the wall had been stuccoed). Extra lights were added after we wanted more lights on the area. Freddie and his crew ended up planting the entire planter. All of these changes and the job was still completed on time by April 26! Proscapes LLC services any landscaping problems we have. They have repaired and replaced the valves on our 14 yr. old irrigation system. In the past they rushed over to repair a leak in our irrigation system while we were out of town (which saved us a huge water bill since the water was rushing down into the culdesac). They also did a spring clean up of our landscaping. In the fall we will probably have Proscapes LLC create a courtyard and travertine tile front and side walkways. We highly recommend Proscapes LLC because of the quality of their work, their professionalism, honesty and work ethic. .
