Billy was an honest businessman. After talking with him, I discovered the window tinting really wasn t going to solve my situation. We had our interior of the house painted some months ago. The whole window treatment for our sliding glass door, came crashing down. I had asked Billy if he knew anyone that could reinstall the damaged verticals, rod, brackets and drape. He actually volunteered to do the work for me and only charge me for a service call. I m a senior citizen and was touched with his kindness and knowledge in helping to fix the situation.
