Plumbing Masters

Todd Jensen from Plumbing Masters did a fabulous job fixing my troublesome toilet. He was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. I have previously used Goettls for years and prior to that was a Plumb Smart and Parker&Sons customer. Now it's Todd and Plumbing Masters only.

Plumber, Chad, responded. Said we needed a new toilet, same thing happened again. Chad came back then said our sewer line needed to be replaced in a specific spot. Would be over $15,000 and they'd have to jack hammer through foundation to replace. Then we'd have to pay to have foundation and flooring repaired and replaced. So we never needed a new toilet, as he said and we paid for. Since he was wrong about that we got a second opinion. Called Roto Rooter, we did need a sewer line repair but they offered a trench-less sewer line and did patch concrete repair and they accessed through a room that had carpet so it could simply be laid back down. All for $3,500. I called to talk with Plumbing "Masters" manager, two vm's with no response. Roto Rooter did work. NEVER use Plumbing Masters!!!

Upon arrival they immediatly tried every way to Up Sell me and the simple drain clean. They were called to clear a slow drain in my laundry room and did not do it right the first time and had to return 4 days later and do it again. The up selling was annoying. They said No Warranty without a $500+ upsell to clean the drain. Their prices were outragious. I called on a Radio ad for $99.00 and they had to honor it. I would never use this company again.
