Everything went very smoothly.

Bud actually answered the phone when I made the original call, he was very friendly, easy to talk to, and was willing to set up an appointment around my schedule. We sat a time for the estimate, Bud was on time, and was very well versed in his trade, he gave suggestions and advice. He e-mailed me the estimate the same day and I felt like it was a good, fair estimate. We scheduled the work for the following week. Bud and his partner were on time to start the job, and finished earlier than I thought. The work was done very professionally and I am very pleased. The end price was actually below the original estimate. I would definitely call him again.

He did a great job for me. From offering advice that I took to listening to my ideas. He even fixed a couple of great ideas that I had after they turned out to be not-so-great. Bud is easy to work with and flexible. When he makes a commitment, he keeps it.

I trust Apple Plumbing, and they recommended Neely Electric. I was extremely happy with them. He was here for over two hours, and only charged me $75. He recommended against doing any work to the swimming pool controls, and I am absolutely going to have him come back out. They have been in business for ages, and they just do a terrific job.

Showed up on time, as promised, and completed work on schedule. Price was very reasonable for the job and beat all other licensed electricians. A very positive experience.

He came to the house twice, right on schedule, and completed the work efficiently. One problem turned out not to need repair after all. Bud solved the other two problems quickly and at minimal cost to me. In the mean time we had a great conversation.

Bud & Mark arrived promptly at 8 to start the job, and from the very beginning, they were professional and courteous. The original electrical work was a mess, but they were able to work through the tangles, installing a new junction box and wiring in the garage. Bud even took the time to ask if I'd like them to install an extra outlet for my garage door opener(previously connected to a wall outlet via extension cord)-only added $15 to my bill! Their quality work and great customer service will keep their card at the top of my home improvement contact list.

We have a house in the historic district. We have wanted to add lighting and fix some problems that we had with our last electrician who did a lousy job. We hired Bud Neely ( rec. from Angies List!) and he exceeded our expectations. He was prompt and he did great work. He is very honest and he did exactly what he said he would do and what we asked him to do. His price was less than 1/2 of our first estimate. Everything was cleaned up when he finished and he has contacted us twice to see if we are satisfied. We are more than satisfied and we would recommend him to anyone!

Neely Electric came when we needed him to work around other contractors. They always clean up after themselves and everything is done in a timely manner. They call ahead of time and set appointments. Everything was very wonderful.
