Mansoor went above and beyond what would be expected in meeting the unreasonable demande of the county building inspectors.  His dedication to completion of the job is to be commended. His oversight of the subcontractors was exceptional. In one case he had to fire the fencing contractor and secure a replacement, who provided a much superior product.
