It went fine.

Mansoor completed what we'd left off of our original list and did it in a very speedy manner at a price that we couldn't be happier with. We had all the windows in our house project removed and replaced with double-pane windows. Our power bills were already pretty low, now they're even lower. And the windows look great and keep the house nice and quiet. We also had the front yard done. What had been a couple of dead trees and weeds was transformed into a beautiful grass front yard with a gorgeous sloped walkway leading to a incredible stone column mailbox. New trees were added and Mansoor knew exactly where to put them. He offered great advice on new plants and together with the front yard the plants look incredible. We also had him install security lighting as well as landscape lighting in the front and it looks fantastic. Finally, he painted the exterior and was very good about working with us on color suggestions. The painting turned out great and the house looks better than before. Do not hesitate to call MTR Builders, the work is great, the prices are great and so is Mansoor.

Contractor managed the project professionally, on time, and within budget. It was important to us to have the construction done in a neat and quite manner out of respect for our neighbors, and our expectations were net.

Mansoor was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent work as well as helping to guide us on our needs. Our mother's house was badly in need of repair work and remodeling when an illness forced her into the hospital. For years she'd refused to anything to her house and we knew getting anything done would be a challenge. We met with Mr Rowhani (and others) and went over a list of items we wanted done and asked for his observations as well given our mother's condition (mild stroke). With his experience and background he was able to offer great insight as to items that needed to addressed without going overboard and remaining conscious to cost. While he was not the lowest estimate offered - though he was very close - we felt comfortable with him and his knowledge, experience and pleasantness. That he won over the trust of our mother was what cinched it and we went forward with him. Throughout the process he was outstanding at communicating with us on progress and the small issues that popped up. He offered great suggestions and was able to overcome many obstacles that presented themselves along the way. The end result was a house that, inside, looks brand new and with a kitchen and bathrooms that not only will meet the needs of our mother but are beautiful. Without question we will use his services again and would highly recommend him and his team.

Mr. Rowhani was conscientious, punctual, reliable, efficient and highly qualified. Our community was very pleased with his work. He was referred to us by a HOA member and many others have hired him since for personal projects.

I purchased a home that needed a remodel. Mansoor and the MTR team was a recommendation to me from a friend who lived in the neighborhood where I purchased the home. His quote was significantly lower than the bid from another contractor. I chose to give him a shot. The work was outstanding! The flooring installation added huge value to the home. Mansoor's design and installation of 4 fireplaces became the "wow" factor in the home. The kitchen and bathroom projects came out well also. Lastly, as a father of a young family, with small children, I was extremely comfortable in having Mansoor and his team in my home. He is a true gentleman. I give him my highest recommendation.

The quality of the work performed by Mr Rowhani and his subcontractors was exceptional. He took my verbal guidance and transformed it into a written design. He oversaw the work of the subcontractors and ensured that the finished project was only of the highest quality. The project was completed in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend him for any project that our friends or acquaintences my be considering. The finished island/counter has made cooking at the BBQ much more enjoyable.

Mansoor went above and beyond what would be expected in meeting the unreasonable demande of the county building inspectors. His dedication to completion of the job is to be commended. His oversight of the subcontractors was exceptional. In one case he had to fire the fencing contractor and secure a replacement, who provided a much superior product. I would recommend MTR Builders to any friend or acquaintence who is considering a construction project.
