Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done by Terry and Johnny and will consider Mr. Sparky (Terry and Johnny) for one or two additional projects. Let's see how things are over the next week or two.

Micheal was great. He explained in detail everything we need to do and also the things we might consider doing in the future.

Arrived within the proposed time window to upgrade 2 fluorescent fixtures to led. Performed an extensive whole home safety electrical audit and thoroughly explained findings with options to upgrade. Discovered out of date smoke detectors and replaced with new 10 year. Converted 2 fluorescent fixtures to led. The electrician, Russell Howell, was very knowledgeable and competent in performing the above mentioned activities.

Quote $27,000. on unnecessary fix. Then make the problem exaggerated trying to scare us with the electrical problem and it ended up that it is just a one busted outlet and replaced 6 smoked alarms and charged $2,300. Unprofessional with dealing, did not even give a reciept nor send an email.

Jacob did a VERY thorough inspection and 5 different options for upgrades. He did an excellent job with the option we chose at this time.

Excellent. Our whole back wall lost power. When he checked the panel he discovered there was no master switch nor had it been maintained. The house is 50 years old & he discovered one aluminum wiring. All a fire hazard & something that needed to be replaced if we ever sold the house They worked with us on financing
