Laurie Rummel was a superb realtor who went above and beyond what we needed. She helped guide us through the process efficiently and we had an offer within 24 hours! We have purchased and sold property in the past, and our experience with Laurie was much, much better than with any other realtor we have worked with. She made the experience as easy, smooth and stress-free as a house sale can be. She truly went above and beyond; i.e. connecting us with contractors, giving us names of contractors who did cost-efficient and professional work to make necessary small improvements/repairs to our home, meeting contractors at our house when our work schedules wouldn’t allow it (this was huge for us as we both work and have kids), and helping us stage our home for sale. She was always extremely responsive when we had questions, and available via phone, text or email, whichever we preferred. We are moving cross country, so needless we had anticipated a lot of stress having to sell our house while working out all of the other details with our move. We are SO grateful to Laurie.

Laurie was the consummate professional. She had done the market research for housing prices in the area and recommended a price point for a quick sale which was our preference. She predicted the selling price would generate strong interest and we could settle on an offer over the weekend. Her predictions were accurate. We had numerous offers to choose from, and we sold the house for significantly more than we expected.

Wow, let me say that again WOW. We live out of State and decided to sell our home in Arizona. We had gone with another realtor at a friends recommendation. BIg mistake. Laurie was instrumental in the sale of my home. As a snowbird/absentee owner I put much of the work on Laurie’s shoulders. She never once complained. We selected Laurie to list our two homes after interviewing her and one other highly rated agent. We had just fired our previous agent after one of the homes was listed for more than six months with no results. Selection of Laurie was a close call. The deciding factor was that she had access to a salvage dealer who would take some unwanted furnishings off our hands, and even pick them up, as we emptied the homes. We live in a different state, and this was a real convenience for us. Speaking with Laurie showed that she had a better grasp of pricing and the selling issues in the homes than our unsuccessful previous realtor. As one of the homes was listed, she quickly identified a problem with the upkeep of the rental home next door. She advised us on what action we could take with the HOA and owner, plus she took some clean-up action herself. It took a couple of weeks, but this problem was corrected. Laurie had some considerable insight into the loan processes of our buyers. Her instincts about who our most likely buyers were, and what loan issues they faced were correct. She coached us about the closing process for both homes, which went smoothly with no surprises. We found Laurie to be a professional business person, and not a hobbiest realtor, or someone doing it as a sideline.

This is my second time using Laurie for my home buying in Phoenix area. I worked with Laurie 3 years ago on a home purchase and was very happy with her service and responsiveness. I came back this time again to get her assistance. Overall very good experience, same as last time, excellent responsiveness to all my questions and attention to details. How did it go? Fantastically. Laurie was terrific to work with. She found places for us to check out that matched what we wanted. She listened to what we said, then looked for homes that matched our desires. She didn't spend our time (or hers) showing us homes that did not meet our criteria. We were considering the sale of our rental property and contacted Laurie to possibly represent us as our real estate agent. Laurie agreed to meet with me at the property and arrived early, so she could visit a nearby property also for sale in the neighborhood. She brought along a binder containing a comprehensive and professional marketing plan, information on our property, relevant comparable properties, and helpful documents we would need if we agreed to move forward with selling the house. Just before I was going to call Laurie and confirm we wanted her to represent us, my wife was approached to rent the property by a longtime client of hers and we ended up agreeing to lease the property instead. When the lease is over and the renters move on, I will be contacting Laurie and asking her to sell our house. Laurie recently sold my home. This is the second transaction she has handled for me and I will definitely go with her again. I was anxious about this particular sale because my house had some flaws and I was in a higher price range than before. Laurie had to assuage my anxiety more than once. Since she handled my last sale, Laurie has taken continuing education classes in real estate that have taken her expertise to a much higher level. Working with Laurie was a great experience. She is a wonderful realtor. Initially, we didn't know if we wanted to sell our house or keep it as a rental. Laurie presented us with all the information we needed to make a decision during the very first meeting. Once we decided to keep it as a rental, we moved on to looking for a new home. She provided a link to houses for sale for us to view ourselves, but didn't leave all the searching up to us (as we had experienced with a previous realtor). She was very flexible with her schedule and more than willing to show us houses on the weekends or in the evenings.
