 + 0 moreI wanted to upgrade this home for increased value. Was able to remodel kitchen, complete minor repairs thought-out & replaced my flooring as well. He was abler to refer me to excellent product providers and work with me on designs.
Description of Work: I have remodeled a residential kitchen with L & L Contractors in 2014. Removing all old cabinets & appliances, upgraded plumbing with fixtures. Jance was fair in her pricing, excellent in his workmanship and very easy to work with! He also replaced flooring.

 + 3 moreLance was always on time and fulfilled his commitments. Not very talkative, but always answered questions whenever asked. Ensured personally that all tasks were done to proper standards. I.e. outlets, plumbing, structurally sound. Price good.
Description of Work: Demo Kitchen cabinets, walls, remove all appliances. Frame in beams to carry load, repair drywall. Install 220 for new stove, provide for island power. Plumbed island and install vent. Install all new appliances. Moved living room area 15' into the patio. i.e. Demo and replaced wall, poured concrete floor. Install 2 windows and install lighting and outlets.
