Bruce came to look at the job, provided a comprehensive quote. I then decided to fill in the sunken living room rather than just retiling the dining room. He took it in stride and recommended flooring options that would blend in, as we didn’t have enough tile for the new job. The rooms look wonderful and I am really delighted. Once the quote was given, there were no changes to the pricing, which I appreciated.

Amazing, this is the fourth time using Gainey Flooring over the last few years. The guys at Gainey Flooring are professional, punctual and the quality of their work is impeccable. We have had them in to renovate both bathrooms, install hardwood flooring and tile our kitchen backsplash, this time we had the fireplace wall tiled, each job has been completed on time with no mess. I hired Gainey Flooring Solutions to demo 20 year old tile and install some new wood plank tile. I am very pleased with the final product. Grout lines are straight and even. Tile was randomly placed and looks professional. Workers did an exceptional job of cleaning up after themselves and were punctual. Pricing was fair and competitive.

Fantastic! We have hired many contractors and we swear by GFS. The contractors were everything you need: hard working, punctual, and above all - great attention to detail. An example was caulking the top of the baseboard and meticulously notching the baseboard so I could run my coax cable. I simply cannot say enough about their workers: strong work ethic and genuinely good character. An example was Ray’s insistence on helping me load heavy til boxes in my car for return. The salesman process was also a positive experience; Bruce was punctual, responsive, and the pricing was fair. I would have no reluctance at all recommending Gainey for your next project. They will get my business when we update our other bathrooms.

Outstanding! Bruce and his foreman, Herman, were just the kind of people we like to work with... they took all the time we needed to understand the details of the operation, gave their opinion on the options, but then let us take our time selecting the product we wanted. I highly recommend purchasing a sample box to see 10 planks in your house. Even though it seems costly, it paid off because we realized the first 2 were not quite the look we were going for. The installation went smoothly, and right on time. We inspected the details together and they fixed everything we asked without squabbling or added fees. Herman is a master craftsman who was able to create perfect matched edges without 'molding' to cover the imperfections (which other companies had told me would be necessary). Nice to see integrity and pride still exist.

Gainey Flooring Solutions just completed a large Tub to walk in shower conversion for me and it is "Grand". The workers were neat and tidy, and their craftsmanship was impeccable. I was so impressed with the workers that I gave them both a $100 cash bonus when they completed my project. Bruce is the guy who will come and do your bid. He has been doing this for 25 years. It went perfectly! The owner was extremely helpful in getting our project done in a timely manner and was in contact with us on a regular basis. The gentlemen who did the installation were on time, friendly, professional and very good at what they do. My husband and I have a few more projects to do and will absolutely be hiring Gainey flooring to do them. We literally could not be happier with the outcome.

The workers that Bruce from Gainey Flooring Solutions had do the work were really outstanding. Arrived on time and called before hand..cleaned up everyday after their work and completed the job quickly. I would definitely hire them again.. Creating a European style bathroom while having to deal with floor and wall prep already done by someone else and expected to finish in time with only three weeks’ notice made our tiling project anything but standard. Other contractors had already shied away but after we contacted Gainey Flooring Solutions, Bruce showed up the very same day to assess the situation. Instead of listing problems, he showed flexibility and commitment to working with us figuring out the best way to get the job done. His quote was competitive and the tilers were professional and thorough. While most contractors only show up at the start and finish of a project, Bruce showed up almost daily and touched base with us regularly to ensure the job was done right. We ended up with a bathroom that looks amazing and finished in time for a major family event. GFS is definitely on the top of our list for future tiling projects.

GFS was great to work with. Bruce was/is very involved and understand the needs of his customers. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and processes for completing this job. His recommendations were thoughtful and not always about tacking on additional fees. Everyone that worked on the project was kind and courteous. I have worked with many contractors and have found very few to be as responsive and reliable as those who work with GFS. With this being said there were small hiccups in the project, as expected with any renovation. The difference here is that Bruce handled them quickly and efficiently up to 100% satisfaction, that is what impressed me the most. I would recommend GFS to my friends and family.

Both bathrooms turned out amazing. We really enjoyed working with Bruce for all the planning and design work, and Pablo did a great job laying the tile. His attention to detail was incredible. We are really happy with our new bathrooms, and the whole experience went smoothly.

Excellent! Responsiveness to get a quote and to schedule was way above average. With most contractors, you have to call multiple times. Not with Bruce ! I rate Gainey a 10+

Bruce and his crew were very good, walked us through the process, and in short order had the flooring installed. In addition they helped us demo a kitchen to make way for a new cabinet system. Along the way there were a few surprises, as there always is, such as floors needing to be ground down to make a flat surface, and they'd accidentally removed the tile by the ensuite sinks & closet, but this was quickly remedied with extending the hardwood surface into those areas, which was very nice. At the end we had to order some baseboards, which is something we should have foreseen before we did the bedrooms, some proactive guidance would have been nice about what would have been a good choice, but I am extremely pleased about how the work went. The only additional thing I would have liked is for the crew to have swept up and cleaned the place up, but since we have additional work being done probably a bit moot. We would unreservedly recommend Gainey to others and will contract them again for the backsplash.

All work was completed on schedule. Communication with Bruce was excellent. He was always available by phone and stopped by frequently to assure work was performed properly. Workers were prompt and efficient and did an excellent job. They remained on our job the entire time and completed all work in only 8 days. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
