"Fred" or Farhad was very thorough explaining the pros/cons of cleaning a couple of delicate area rugs. He did a great job on the area rugs. The largest was off white with permanent wear/soiled areas and he did his best to improve the looks. The colors in the 2 "oriental" rugs ended up looking so vibrant - very pleased! There was a slight feel of stiffness left to the bedroom wall to wall carpeting though they looked good. They may have just needed a raking while damp, not sure. Once my husband vacuumed the bedrooms a couple of times, the carpeting softend up - not a big deal. We were pleased with Farhad's professionalism as he aimed to please. We were happy.

Randy was great. He showed up 10 minutes earlier than the start of the 2 hr window. He went over the work that needed to be completed. He measured, we reviewed the price and he got started. He did a great job and was a very personable guy. Thanks!

Overall I'm pretty happy with the results. The carpets look great. Farhad was delightful and we there was good communication about the carpets and the cleaning. HOWEVER - I'd called and spoken to his brother - and booked a deal $89 for three rooms and as I only had two rooms to clean that worked well. Farhad arrived - measured the rooms and then quoted me 3 times that. I was not happy. I had been told it would be $89.00 which Farhad said he had no knowledge of because his brother took the booking. I agreed to pay him $200 for the job as I really needed the carpets cleaned - and right then. Still - that was $110 MORE than I was quoted on the phone. So here's my dilemma - the job was great and worth what I paid. But the $89 deal still rankles. Anyhow - he did a great job although he arrived a bit late and was rather rushed, Would I use them again, absolutely - the job was what mattered and it was done extremely well. but NEXT time I will get a written quote in advance and not take no for an answer.

I had Fred out for a second time to our home, the first time being 2012. He does an amazing job and is very professional. I love that he can turn our tired carpet and tile into something that seems fairly new.

They are very good. Their price was reasonable and it was worth the cost. They were very thorough and made sure no residue was left behind. They were able to remove pet stains and they were very professional.

It went quite well. The carpet and tile were very dirty, so it took extra work to get clean. Fred helped get rid of clutter, so that he could clean more than we had expected. In fact, we were thinking he'd just get the carpet done that day, but he ended up cleaning the tile as well. Fred's customer relations skills were excellent; very pleasant, flexible and accommodating to work with. I would definitely use his cleaning service again!

They did a good job. We have 2 large dogs, and they did a pre-treatment for the dog spots. They were punctual, and they called before they arrived. I was very impressed.

Came out for an estimate and was able to clean carpets the same day. Cleaned a wool area rug that was very dirty and carpeting in the living room, dining room and bedroom that was stained from use as a rental property. Everything turned out spotless and great care was taken moving our furniture. The carpet looks brand new. Very professional service. I would definitely use again

Great Job. Have used F&F Carpets a couple times now. I don't have a lot of time to call and get many quotes for this type of service. F&F was responsive, gave me a fair price, did a great job, and did what they promised. I would recommend F&F to family, friends, and clients.

Fred answers the phone promptly, arrives when scheduled, and does the work as promised and in the time frame estimated.

Called and made an appointment for on-site review of what needed to be done . Mr. arrived five minutes ahead of appointment time ( hard to beat that ) and critiqued the job . We agreed to the price , in writing, and when they would be completed . Mr gathered up the rugs and took them to to shop . About ten days later we received a call and made an appointment for the delivery . The rugs came back looking as new.

Fred was extremely professional! He did such a good job on our new house, we had him clean the carpet on the house we have up for sale.

Farhad came to give us an estimate and was so professional and knowledgeable and friendly, he left with the rug! He returned two weeks later with a well cleaned carpet and helped my husband move the furniture to put the rug down. He was knows a great deal about carpets and area rugs and was very, very helpful.

Dog's illness led to pet stains on tribal rug. When the dog got better we needed a full and careful cleaning. F & F responded promptly, gave us a price and stuck to it. They picked it up and redelivered it when they said they would, were careful with our furniture, gave us a reasonable estimate of how long it would take, and were ready when they said they would be. Excellent cleaning job, good as new.

I found them on Angies List. Fred is very nice, thoughtful and professional. I liked that he called to let me know he'd be a few minuets late. He worked hard and efficiently. The tile grout came out very nice, but not so lucky with the carpets. It might have been that the stains were too far gone to be saved, but I have my carpets cleaned every year and the stains usually can come out with a little more attention. Fred didn't seem to think the stains would ever come out and there is a good chance he is right. after all, the carpets are older than they were last year and perhaps it become harder to clean them as they age. (Sigh, just seems like those stains would have come out) His price was very reasonable. Another company quoted me amost $400 just for the tile grout cleaning and sealing. Fred's quote was just $125 for the same area. I would use Fred again, but tempted to try my previously used carpet cleaning company first.

What I liked the most is that after he cleaned, the carpets didn't get dirty rapidly and that's because he does a very good job. I have been using him for ten years, never had a problem with him, and he always charges within 10% of the estimate. I also appreciated the fact that he didn't charge the walking closet as an extra room, which other people do.

THIS COMPANY CAME THE SAME AFTERNOON I CALLED DUE TO THE EMERGENCY NATURE OF THE SITUATION. THIS WAS A LONG-TERM PROJECT REQUIRING DEHUMIDIFIERS FOR 3 DAYS AND THEN DRYING FANS FOR 3 DAYS. MY 7 HAND MADE RUGS WERE SAVED FROM WATER DAMAGE. BLESS THIS COMPANY.
