Energy Efficient Window & Door

I found these guys on the Simonton's Website as an authorized dealer. I sent my measurements and pictures via email to Chris Carpenter and I was surprised on how quick he came back with a quote. His quote was the 2nd lowest that I received for Simonton and he said he would match anyone else's Simonton quote. He came out to my house that week, measured everything and wrote up a quote matching my lowest. (Of course I had to give him a copy of my lowest.) He called when the windows were in and had me scheduled for installation the very next day. The workers were on time, very nice and cleaned up after themselves. There were two windows that were not the correct sizes which one they fixed at the shop and the other we had to re-order which took 2 weeks but as soon as it came it I was first priority. They are the largest Simonton dealer here so they also handle all of Simontons service calls. That's a good piece of mind for me if there are any future issues.
