It went good. Basically we were told that our garage door had not been installed properly, so they took apart the whole mechanism and put it back together the way it should have been. It works good now. They are a very honest company.

I was VERY impressed! The tech called to let me know he was running a few minutes late, but actually arrived sooner than anticipated. He took the time to evaluate the situation, made recommendations, but wasn't pushy about it. I had prepaid for a garage door service, but due to the age of the components actually ended up buying new rollers. He did the work quickly, cleaned up after himself and showed me how to lubricate the parts for the future.

The problem was it would only open part way unless you held the button down. I thought it was the sensor but was not able to fix it. The repair man was excellent and explained thoroughly the danger of ruining the motor by holding the button down. He changed the spring which was broken in two pieces, checked every thing else out thoroughly. I was very pleased with the service and definitely recommend him.

The service turned out good. They showed up, did the work and did a good job.

CONTACT: When I purchased this "garage door tune-up deal", it said that the provider would contact me within 48 hours. Well, that never happened. I called once in early December & left a message. That call was never returned. Then I finally sent an email message the first wee in January. They called me the next morning & scheduled the appointment.. SERVICE: Showed up on time for the appointment. Serviceman was personable, clean & seemed to be knowledgeable. Did a visual inspection of the door, lubricated rollers & hinges. He recommended I replace the spring sometime in the next year since it was probably over 15 years old. VALUE: I'm certainly glad I did not pay any more for this service call & not even real sure that it was worth the $45, except I suppose that included the trip itself. My recommendation: If you can purchase some hinge lubricant at Home Depot, save yourself like $40 & squirt it on the rollers & hinges yourself (unless you are having some kind of a door issue that is).

They called promptly and made the appointment. They came out as agreed upon. The service went well and I have not had any problems since. The service was done as agreed, however, he tried to sell me more and I didn’t buy.

Once again I used Precision overhead garage door service, and once again I was very satisfied with their work and professionalism. I had a garage door key pad installed. They use only ?Name Brands? and do not use generic brands. I spoke with the AW prior to installation making sure it was the Liftmaster key pad I wanted and it was. It was a pleasure dealing with AW he was extremely intelligent, pleasant and professional. The integrity of the company is second to none. I called for a quote prior to installation and was given a price. At the time of completion the cost was much higher. AW called the office and discussed the matter. It ended up that there was a type-o on the charge master he uses in the field. The cost was lowered to the estimate I was given, no questions asked! I will say the ?programming fee? for the key pad could have been lower. It was a bit much.

Good job, but tried to up-sell new door springs for $350-$450. That is the reason for my overall rating of B and professionalism of C.

I expected them to contact me, since I purchased the service via a Big Deal. However, I had to call them - twice1 Hence, the "F" for "Responsiveness". Once the two technicians arrived, they performed the services adequately. However, I do believe they tried too hard to "sell" me on additional work to be done on the garage door. I was a bit uncomfortable with that.

We had a customer service issue with Precision Door. I was surprised and impressed with the way they handled issue. We were able to reach an amicable agreement and successfully resolved the matter.

They did not honor their offer. I tried several times to contact them, and have not heard back at all. I purchased this deal on November 23, and it is now December 6. I will be looking for another company to try and honor this deal.

Never contacted me..so I feel this company is unreliable.

Quick communication. Showed up on time. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

I needed more work done on my garage than what the deal covered. They ended up replacing springs, which was fairly pricey about $700. The tune up really did not do much for my purposes. They are easy to schedule with, but probably wouldn’t use them again because of pricing.

Rep inspected garage door function and diagnosed roller replacement. New rolloers worked smooth and quiet- solved problem.

It wen very well. Was a straight forward repair of two older garage doors.

It was fine.However, the tech. didn't really know the details of the service I purchased. Example, he thought he was there to replace my door rollers, which was not included in my purchase.

It was ok, but tried to get us to replace rollers and expensive, but claimed he was giving us a bargain provided we had the work done within the week with a price around almost $300. When I called for a second opinion we were told the rollers were fine. Guy didn't even charge to come out.

It went very well. They got the job fixed with no messing around.

The worst rip off. I had a guy come out yesterday evening from Precision and he quoted me $1200 to repair my garage door. I almost did it, but that number just seemed way off so I paid the service call fee and sent him away. The next morning I had another garage door repair service come out and do EXACTLY the same repair and it's under $500!!! What a rip off this could have been with Precision. I will never use this company.

The technician (Ja) showed up on time for the original estimate. He was very prompt, professional and courteous(oh, and very good looking as well). He showed up the next day to perform the work and really knew what he was doing. He worked hard and efficiently. He explained to me that he works for this company because they are professional and treat their employees as well as their customers with extreme respect. It was obviously the truth and not lip service because he performed in just such a manner.

Everything worked out fine. They did a good job.
